The best thing about Mark is that he's just a down to earth, nice guy and a great actor. He's one of the reasons I've been a huge fan of NCIS and the cast around him seems to be the same way. I sometimes wonder if Sasha Alexander, knowing what she knows now, would have left the show so quickly. Abbey, Tim, Ziva, and Michael have all said he's one of the nicest people they've worked around or with. I really miss Cote the most and hope that they can find someone to replace Michael a lot better than Cote's replacement. Emily's OK, but there's spark there, like there was with Cote. Hoping that most of the cast doesn't decide they need a change and end the series. It's been my favorite for a long time because of the actors who have given it their all.
