    I love your explanations ! helps me a lot. And I love you also enjoy the mental/meditative aspect of strength training 🙂! IN my real life I don't know anyone who understands this en enjoys that as much as I do.

    Thank you! I follow you from Italy, i train with the trx only. I'm having the best result and the best physique better than weight training or other training. I can also train my forearm and low Back. When I want and everywhere

    Hi, thank you for your really well explained videos. When I do the jack knife exercise my legs slip through the handles making it difficult to keep the right form - am I doing something wrong or do you have any tips to stop that? Thank you
