Blunt Slipper Lobster Curry in Qatar

Hello everyone. Today I got some Blunt Slipper Lobster from a fish market in Doha, Qatar, which is a luxury ingredient that is only known to Gourmet, so I decided to make a Japanese curry with lobster. I found this after having already purchased lobster (familiar lobster) at the fish market, so this time I bought too much. But I can cook with gorgeous semi-lobster and spiny lobster.
