Japanese Style Queen Fish Curry-Doha Qatar-

Hello everyone, today I would like to introduce a seafood curry using queen fish. Queen fish can be caught in abundance in Doha, Qatar. I heard that this fish goes well with curry, so I tried making it. It blended well with the spices of the curry, making it a very delicious dish. Of course, since I'm Japanese, I didn't make an authentic curry, but a Japanese-style curry that is popular in Japan. Please try making it yourself.
