Deep-Fried Horse Mackerel with Asian Taste Cooked in Qatar

Hi guys. I am enjoying sea food cooking in Qatar.
This time I found very fresh horse mackerel in the fish market. So I tried to cook deep-fried horse mackerel served with Asian sauce and curry flavor.
This horse mackerel has beautiful orange spots on the body.
The horse mackerel here in Qatar is best served with Asian flavors or curry flavors. The taste is well balanced。
