    Wow ur amazing. I was gonna pay some one to put it in for 70 bucks plus hair.. I braid.. but i thought it was some type of "magic" to do these twist.. I love how you explained it. Its better then the rubber band method i seen on yt.. I love the color u have in and how natural it looks.. And i love the fact u have ur sweet baby on u while ur doing your tutorial. Ur like a super woman! LOL

    I did micro braids when I have my son. I wish I would have known about spring twist cuz they're easier to take down and then fix myself. It's all I've been rocking for the last few months noe.

    Freetress Water Wave is the hair The Boho Babe uses..I tried it it's easy to work with.. lightweight .. and inexpensive. That's for the Passion Twists. Clearly Sis is speaking of spring twists. 🙄 Carry on.... The baby is everything 🦋🐣🌈🌺🌞💓. Congratulations.. you are handling motherhood like you been doing it 💯👑

    Congratulations on the birth of your baby. Thanks for the video. Just wondering what how you did the back 'that didn't work'? I am planning on doing mine as individual braids starting the roots with three strands braids and then twist...just wondering if that was what you did 'which didn't work'.

    • @SimplyJade101
      @SimplyJade101  5 років тому

      Hey, thank you! That’s exactly what I did lol. I found that the hair slipped out really easily and just wasn’t as secure as the crochet needle method. I have a pretty good grip and do most protective styles with a braid at the root, so I’m not sure why it didn’t work that well with this time. I do know it’s possible to braid at the root though because stylists do it all the time with this hair. So if you’re confident in your braiding skills, then go ahead and braid first and then twist down!

    • @SimplyJade101
      @SimplyJade101  5 років тому +1

      I just answered. My suggestion is to use a pomade and twist tightly. Also make sure your sections aren’t too. If. For this hair you don’t want to do super large sections. Hope that helps

      Thanks! It’s a nice length but I would have liked it shorter because I had to take care of a new baby and the long hair kept getting in the way

    How long did this last? I got it done and it barely lasted a month

      Oh wow I’m sorry. They must not have installed it correctly or they didn’t use the correct hair. I left this in for a little over 6 weeks but it definitely could have gone even longer! In this video it was right before I took them out, so it was already really old but still looked pretty good

    Hello Queen👑 First Off CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR BEAUTIFUL BLESSING!!
    I do have a question and I just hope that it doesn’t sound dumb🙄
    Ok, so for one twist, you only use the one half of the stand of the Spring Twist hair, right? Just making sure since you only did one twist. Please respond. I plan to do this style to my hair this weekend. I’ve ordered the hair you used just in a different color.
    Much love, Queen😘

      Hey there. Thanks for watching! You are correct, I took one strand of the spring twist hair and split it in half (the long way). So I basically got 2 twists, per 1 strand of hair. I hope that’s clearer!

      Yes! Crystal clear!! Thank you for clarifying!!

    I just found your channel (and subscribed)! Can you do a video showing different hairstyles that can be done with the twists?

    • @SimplyJade101
      @SimplyJade101  5 років тому +1

      Thank you so much for watching and for subscribing! Unfortunately I already took the hair out 😩. When I do another install, I can definitely do a styling video. In the meantime, I’ll copy and paste a link to my goddess locs styling video. You can easily use those styles with these twists as well. I hope it helps! Link: bit.ly/11GoddessLocStyles

    Congratulations on your baby! I am about to have my baby in a week or so, or sometime in a few days prob and I need a delivery style. I will definitely be doing this! I don’t think I have time to order from Amazon tho.. could I get this hair from a local beauty supply!?

    • @SimplyJade101
      @SimplyJade101  5 років тому

      Aww how exciting. Congratulations! Idk if you can get it from a local beauty supply because it’s a very specific type of hair. I’ve never seen it in any beauty supply store. What state are you located in? I’m in NJ and have an extra bundle lol

      SimplyJade101 Hi, so I found some Spring curl hair in my local BS, I live in Houston, Tx.. I did my hair for the last two days so that’s why I’m responding so late.. The hair didn’t give me the same look, but it’s good enough for now til I go in labor.. I will order from Amazon next time cause I love this look. And thanks for the tutorial it made it easy for me to do this for the first time.... 😁

    so no rubberband method, just braid your natural hair then use the crochet method? that's better!
