Very nice lookin Travel Trailer! 😊😊👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 8 out of ten for the manufacturer for building a Travel Trailer with adequate kitchen counter prep space And ten for you Josh!😊😊
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this camper. I am more of a small old-school type tuna can happy camper, but my husband prefers a few more nice amenities. THIS I can TOTALLY get behind. I have watched countless videos (of yours mostly - LOVE you Josh) and this by far is as close to the fluffier perfect camper. Regarding the open shelves in the bathroom that you commented on, I actually like the idea of having them open for such things as drying water shoes or quick places to lay your clothes if you are changing. The cubby by the sink, I actually think is a better idea for keeping things off the sink. I don't like the idea of hand-washing juices or shaving stray hairs and shaving cream splashing onto my toothbrush. The open bedroom area is perfect, I prefer that and if you have someone camping with you chances are they are in your personal space at other times as well, so having that open is not an issue. Plus, if you do have a few people over there is room on the bed to lounge and still, be a part of the haps. And what grandparent does not get invaded by grandkids anyway. The color and decor in this thing just make my heart sing. The fact it is fully accessible in road mode is FABULOUS. The entertainment issues are NOT a problem at all. We really do not need a TV at all period, so it works for me just fine. This is the first comment I have ever sent and that is because this one excites me like NO other. Thanks for all you do and showing the good, the bad, and the ugly. I also APPRECIATE the size references because my husband is 6'1" and that makes a "big" difference to him (though he is thin & fit -had to add that part). He will love the king-size bed in this one. I can not wait to show him this. Take care and keep up the good work.
Nap, crap, and snack?!?! LMAO. Thanks Josh. Beautiful trailer! And thanks for explanation of wide stance. No generator and not enough H2O so I'll be moving on.
Hey Josh, just watched this video with hubby today. We have a 2015 Wilderness 2175RBS but is so similar. Everybody is different but some of the negatives you pointed out in this unit have proved positive for us. We don't have the long kitchen counter, the sofa or the pantry. Heartland has made many improvements by adding one foot in size. We like the new enhancements, and we like that they kept some established design. The open design for the bedroom was my preference on our unit and this unit as a wall made me claustrophobic. We relish feeling the air conditioner which a wall would deflect. The half wall is okay having the sofa in front. Ours came with a queen sawdust mattress. LOL! In the bathroom the shelves next to the shower hold our ditty bags, paper towels and I place my heaters and short brooms underneath when we travel. We don't have a pantry in the kitchen so the cabinets in bathroom hold my canned goods and hanging for me as I always travel four seasons. The smaller cabinet holds my towels and black tank tabs and cleaners. We also have mirrors on our doors which is awesome. No toilet paper holder but I took a bungy cord and put the toilet paper on the cord and hooked it on the handles on the middle drawer. In this model you lose the little entertainment area, but we always travel with tv on the bed as we can't afford to buy a new one. You know crap happens when traveling. Our tanks are fresh 42, are grey and black around 35. This model has larger tanks and would hold up if boondocking, depending on your occupancy. We have boondocked for 5 days and the black was at half when we dumped. It's just us two. My husband does water the landscape rather than run in and out to use the facilities. I do have to say I am over the gray cabinets and black handles. I love color and warmth. I appreciate the back splash they installed in the kitchen, but they didn't add it to the side wall which would just complete the look. Like you say, no unit is perfect. We have the U-dinette in our unit, but it is a little more detailed in upholstery and has a higher quality look than this one. I know prices are up on everything, but little trailers are even more noticeable when materials are not the best quality. Sometimes rounding corners on drawers can enhance a fancier look. Sorry for the blog but you can always turn a negative into a positive with some creativity. We love your videos, and you entertain me all the time.
I’m fine with the TV situation. Just stream programs on an iPad. Or, we’d be more likely to use the hook up in the bedroom. We only want a small TV in case some big news event occurs. We would like armrests on the sofa. It just doesn’t look comfy. Minor beef, the backsplash is too busy. It would be better with a classic subway tile look-of course with a side splash.
I was today years old when I learned you have a store in Lincoln too? Hot diggidy dog! You get to Lincoln I'll let ya take me out for dinner beings its closer to me than Kearney :) This 22FBS is super sweet!

Good job on the heat vents. That's the epitome of a burner mattress. I agree that a cabinet in the bathroom would be much better than those shelves. I prefer a big shower but I understand it's not something we spend a lot of time using. Good job on that divided cabinet in the bath. It gives you several options. I like the kitchen I prefer green tractors myself. I would prefer to have a wall to separate the bedroom but it would definitely make the unit look smaller. Overall they did a good job at a decent price.
The TV mount (swing arm) and connections s/b on the back sidewall of the slideout near the fridge. The space would accommodate a very large screen and have optimal viewing from the sofa and most of dinette. It'll just move in and out w/ the slide. Agree on the useless shelves vs. a larger rectangular shower in the bath.
Really like all the storage inside. Agree with you about the shower...ugh...radius shower. And porcelain toilet too. Like the colors inside. Would like a ladder included. 12 volt fridge...like it! I guess I would like a better tv placement. Sometimes when I am winding down for the night...just would like to put a movie in and chill. Love the butcher block looking counter tops. And that they give you sidestands by the bed! And a pantry!!! And great travel access! Love the fact that they are reading the comments and listening to the consumer. Props right there. Would like some solar. Thanks for the info as always. I may not comment on every video but I am watching and look forward to the next one. Have a great weekend!
Josh, I strongly agree on the shower issue. Put in a bigger rectangular one!!!! And figure out better TV mount area. Kitchen is very good. Rear storage bin... make it outside accessible.
Just replace that uncomfortable dinette with a sofa or theater seating and you’ll have a winner👍👍👍I think North Trail a nice bare bones RV that needs to step up their game with more standard features like quality fans, porcelain toilets, ladders, bed struts and some standard solar package if they want to compete with the likes of Rockwood and Grand Design😕
Wide stance axles are a double-edged sword. They may tow nice down the highway, but get into a gas station where you need to back around some sharp corners, you will find the rear tire sidewalls flexing to the point where you might bend an axle. I prefer the slightly rougher tow to mutilating my tires and axles on a paved surface where you need to back your trailer.
Awesome camper. Things I'd like to see: bigger camp-side window in the bedroom, sprayer port back by the grill area. What's up with the couch? Does it have storage under it? Could it be swapped for a fold-out or a Jack-knife??
The curtain and couch separating the bedroom from the main living area seems to be a classic design. I guess you could say that in general, this rig is ok if you don't need any soundproofing in the master bedroom and are not big into tv when camping.
cool trailer... cant say it is a favorite, but i can say i would still gladly take it.... especially considering most half tons could tow it.... in this one the dinette is where i would chill, couch for overflow people, considering what this is and meant to be, and the space it has, tv situation is perfectly acceptable, i would have no problem at all putting whatever tv i have handy or buy for that spot in that spot once i arrive somewhere, many ways to safely transport modern tv without taking up a lot of room... solar on roof would be nice, but... as long as there is some way to get solar power in there is all that matters, external panel plug... or as i have mentioned can just clip your own controller box directly on the battery when you get there and use stand alone setup. (which i do have a similar setup, just powering an inverter, not entire rv.) ... those are the only 2 points of consideration for me here, and they are covered, tv and power. so it would be boondock friendly enough to get by a few days for sure. has enough room for storage that you COULD full time in it, better than others this size... as everything else, give and take with these things... for what you get...which what you dont get is actually part of the attraction of this one..... rather plain and simple but nice and fully functional. and most important for many... like me lol... lighter and cheaper because of what is not there... but yet good enough for minor off road... as in less than perfectly flat but not 4wd ground by no means... if you could take a 2wd truck with zero risk issues, you can probably take this with you type of road... either way a lot farther than heavier trailers or 5th wheels could go with a lighter truck without going in to offroad optioned trailers... mainly because of axle stance and lack of weight.
Reminiscent of our old Wildwood T22FB. We loved that trailer, but it was a bit too heavy for the tow vehicle we had then. I would like it better without the slide, but the slide allows things to be rearranged to give more kitchen counter space, perhaps the one complaint we had with the Wildwood. I would replace the king bed with a queen. The king looks like it would be a nightmare to make the bed. And, since the trailer would be occupied 90% of the time by only the two of us, the curtain is just fine. I also like the wider wheel base. This one is near perfect. And, Josh, I am still in the process of writing my third year review of our 2020 Freedom Express 204RD. You'll hear from me soon.
👎on the shower and lack of bed room door. Everything else on the inside and outside is fantastic. Josh at least you’re not looking for your safety glasses. Keep’m coming bloopers, Nerdisms & all. Have yourself a great day today & keep 😂😂😂all the way
I like the overall layout however, like you I would get rid of the shelves in the bath and extend the shower. I am not a fan of the barnwood look and I think the furniture looks cheep. I would like to see a theater seat rather than that couch since that is the only real seating other than the dining. I would also rather see a table and chairs and eleminate the u table. Upgrade the fan to something larger, give me larger 30lb propane tanks since it doesn't have solar. Does it have generator prep? Like the exterior and large pass thru. I didn't' notice if the tongue jack was electric and I assume that the leveling jacks are manual. Last, I drink Pepsi. Thanks and keep up the good work.
No Gen prep on something like this. Unless it’s something like a toy hauler or a more niche / western product like a Northwood or Lance you don’t find Gen prep on almost any travel trailer
They should make the sink and stove stow-able. They really nailed it though…kitchen in kitchen area, living space with entertainment dock. Is there a sliding door between kitchen and living space? Oh open plan…gotta buy shower curtain for kitchen and bedroom for at night. A few loving items and this will be a nice temp home. Very thoughtful engineering! Did you know the RV in From Dusk ‘Til Dawn is a Holiday Rambler? 😝
Anything that has a plastic toilet, I won't even consider. I know it's not a tough thing to swap out, but I just assume that if they cut corners there, then they cut corners everywhere. Especially with the ridiculous MSRP in things today
Alright josh . I like the COMMODE room . Let's bump that 4in fart fat for a super turbo vortex & since you can't get a microphone in COMMODE room maybe it should come with a blow horn ,you know so you can share all that boom box blasting.
I agree with you on the bathroom. There’s so much storage in there that you don’t need those extra, open shelves. Take those out and put a bigger shower in and this RV would be perfect. Even with the open concept, I’m a solo camper so that doesn’t matter to me.
9:49 I’m guessing that “block” under your hand is why they had to go radius shower. But, I feel like most rear baths are flip flopped from this bathroom. (The shower and sink specifically). What a great trailer with an underwhelming bathroom.
If I recall correctly that’s a pretty straightforward floor plan. Things like a chaparral, Eagle, heritage Glen, etc. she don’t line up with that if you’re looking for something by comparison
Another great video Nerd! I agree with you about the awning and also agree that it would be great if it had a rear ladder. Although this particular RV isn’t my cup of tea, I certainly appreciate it for what it is. I love the variety in the RV market. One small thing I would like to see them do better is to radius the corner of the face under the seat of the booth (right there under where the back of your knee would hit as you slide into the booth). My last camper had a sharp corner like that and there were several times it broke the skin.
I am 100% with you on radius edges where possible really. I just recorded about 25 videos this last week and I have so many little knicks, bangs, and scrapes And a B Van took a friggin chunk out of my thumb. I guess I am tasty??
Really like the view of the front, especially with the blue in the decoration around the mountains. Yeah, those sideless shelves in the bathroom are pretty bad and a bigger shower would be much better. The bedroom "bar" design is kinda cool; it looks nice, but overall this trailer isn't substantial enough for our eventual needs. If they had put the TV prep on the other side of the front door it might have better visibility and would be visible from the bed too. Otherwise, the TV prep inside the bedroom wall could have been done with an extension arm or even a double extension arm for better viewing from the dinette. It was nice of them to add those pieces of plastic on the sides of the slide, we all know it's a bad day for everyone if we're not wiping properly. The bathroom door also looks kinda cool.
This trailer checks all of the boxes, and in a very aesthetically pleasing way. Lots of useable storage. The only two things inside that could possibly slow my decision is that there should be pull out drawers under the dinette because I don’t want to pay that much money and have to get on my hands and knees to reach all the way under the dinette. And all the outlets are under the kitchen cabinets and the cord on my coffee maker would not reach. Yes the struts are needed on the bed or make that space accessible from the front or sides. And it is very important to have solar and some type of ladder. They did so much so well and then dropped the ball. But it is a really nice trailer.
Love the barn style interior, love the storage, love the long counter (room for 4 coffee makers... LoL), love the open space, very impressive closed accessibility, love the grill on a swing arm so it can move, nice insulation, thank you. Open shelves are wasted space. The shelf cubby by the sink is great! Bedroom is nice except for no struts and would be hard to lift. I personal want a matching bed set. Love all the USBs around. As a former cat owner, which would be challenging in travel, cats like to be up high. So the open space above the bed is more their style. In fact, the open bathroom shelves are cat friendly instead of people friendly. The space under the bed is definately space for boxes and shoes and gear. IMHO Thanks for showing it. Never heard of this brand. Look seeing all of them.
Rectangular tub agree. We rented a trailer with a similar floor plan it had with only a Queen. We did like it except, for the Queen bed. No Ladder great ! No exterior shower please. Does the 29 and a half foot length include the tongue? (Limited to 30' overall)
IMO not sure why trailer builders put the ‘large’ U dinette I with a table that everyone can hardly get their legs under the table. We have a Rockwood Mini 2507S and it’s the same problem. would rather have a single pedestal leg.
I would love to do away with the dinette completely and put in theater seating with removable Lagun table. We live in our RV for months at a time so comfortable seating is more important.
Ok , Nerd being doing some RV (Lack Of Tv Space) =LOTS! The 22FBS suffers from EXTREME lack of LOTS, but i have a solution , you know that pocket above the bed? What if you put a projector in that space, then bring the wall of the bedroom (that is a half wall ) all the way to the ceiling , then my friend you have a THEATER in your bedroom! Buy the way, should RV`s incorporate an projector into campers? What if you are outside? What would that look like against the RV body? FOOD FOR THOUGHT ?
This is a nice unit, except for the shower. There's plenty of storage on one side of the bathroom. Take the open shelves out and make a rectangle shower. I do like: +Azdel, exterior storage, reversable dinette cushions and plenty of counter top. Since there's no side splash for the stove, the sink cover does do a good job. But, RV manufacturers should just start continuing the back splash to the side of the stove if the stove is at a corner. It's not rocket science. You can always get a U Step ladder that extends and closes up very small.
Question. When you say that a camper has an optional equipment such as bigger AC or different powered refrigerator. Are you referring to having to order the camper that way? Or a swap that can be dealer performed?
They’re available to be ordered that way It’s not impossible for a dealer to upgrade an air unit though Fridge swaps not impossible but more involved and costly
Oooh if they put a dinofa in place of that slide and put a chair or storage bench or even wall where the current sofa is I think that would be awesome. I really like the subtle colors and yes, a rectangular shower would be much better in that huge bathroom. 👍🏻
Josh: If you know, how do travel trailer manufactures decide on an alpha numeric designator for a specific make and model? This is designated as a 22FBS. I can understand FBS as forward bed space. But where’s the 22 from?? This trailer is 29’5” feet long and 11’4” high. Subtracting height from length, the result is 18’1” And even subtracting awning length from trailer length is 12 and even that doubled is 24. So whence come the 22?? As to your road mode no slide question, Heartland seems to have a “few” (like 7) no-slide models like the PROWLER 212RD, the PROWLER 240RB, the PROWLER 250BH, the TRAIL RUNNER 211RD, the TRAIL RUNNER 251BH, the PIONEER RD210, the PIONEER BH250. Respectfully, W.S.
Sometimes they have a method And sometimes they pull it out of their backside But I actually called my north trail rep on that and asked him how a nearly 30ft rv had a 22 designator. He advised that’s their oldest concurrently built model and was originally created under a different management team who was willing to take those liberties Their current product manager ensures model numbers are never 4-less than the true length which seems a reasonable way to understand full length vs box length.
Hello; yes you hit the nail on the head for me...the curtains closing off the bedroom are a definite no for me. honestly if i had the choice of the east/west and this, the east/west would be my choice hands down despite its bendy bed as i have an easy repair for that, that east/west could and should do as well. Thank You.
EtW is impressing me the more I see them Alta does fall in a solid chunk of budget higher than this though which is worth noting These north trails almost bump against some higher end stick and tin models for pricing
If it’s a couples camper or you cannot alone, I don’t see the point of a door in front of the bed. I also prefer to use my own ladder(I own 4). The fact that they are listening to feedback puts them back on my radar. The last one you showed I wasn’t a fan of.
strangely enough I like it. the open bedroom doesn't bother me, the framed throne, well... Not a tv or a device fan so no outlets is fine. Love the kitchen and table areas, great storage. bedroom is fine, couch is a nice touch although for material I prefer actual fabric on all furniture. It does have a great mix of colors, avoiding the monotone look. I do find it kind of box like with the small windows but the outside looks very mature, lol.
And now for more bizarre thinking from my half baked mind , that big awning that's out over your head on the campsite that you rely on to keep you dry , that is a perfect screen to project an image on (LIKE A MOVIE , OR A FOOTBALL GAME) ,. whatever yet another way to use a projector!!!
Every single manufacturer shoves the importance of roof maintenance down our throats and they warn us that the warranty will be void if we do not comply, yet far too many of them do not provide us with the safest way to maintain an RV roof, an ATTACHED ladder🙄🙄🙄
whom ever thought that the TV set up was a good idea is crazy, not being able to see the tv from the couch means its a no sale for me. also the lack of charging/outlets in the bed area and in other resting areas of the camper would make me walk away from it
It’s an older floor plan made before there was a big emphasis on direct facing TVs from the sofa. I think they had to do it over again today they would probably change that up
But there are also plenty of people who go camping specifically not to watch TV. For them it’s a really great option because it maximizes the other functions of the RV
The shower is to small. They have room for bigger shower why not put on in. I like the layout but I rather have a table or seats instead of booth. Never like a booth.
ok NERD! i would extend the wall to the ceiling in the bedroom and then mount a 65 inch tv on the wall leaving the walkway open to the bedroom, and by doing that then you could mount another tv facing the kitchen!
I can't be alone in this. But why do they insist upo nputting the kitchen on the camp side? The good windows are almost always on the crappy view side of the camper. And if the big fan is so expensive they leave it out of the bathroom, leave the window out and give the big fan. I know you can add a big fan. But it seems so silly to have a fart fan in a wet place where you want to get that moisture out quickly. I quite literally can deal with a lot of the things people don't like. However I always look away from trailers with all the good views on the wrong side. I just don't understand the thinking.
Regarding the windows: It's just size/weight/cost efficiency. You can't just flip/flop every layout as the entry door can't be flipped which shapes how everything else is laid out. The fan is another cost vector. The bigger fans cost *significantly* more than the smaller ones so they're something most brands just don't do (there's exceptions of course).
I guess I would rather see plywood versus OSB like you see in a lot of things. What would your preference be and in what part of the video are you referencing?
Can't afford Bidens gas to buy that RV! I'll wait until the next presidential election and hopefully the American people will wake up from this living nightmare!
My wife just loves😍 the interior décor on this North Trail. Agree with you about the shower.👍
Ty
Josh this decor, I vote for Cookies and Biscuits decor because you are Nerdtastic and your viewer's love you!😊😊👍👍👍👍👍
You down with C&B??
You bet I'm down with Cookies 🍪 and Biscuits 👍😊
Cookies and cream decor! Love it 😂
#tasty
I love this floor plan. I would replace the U dinette and put 2 a couple chairs there and use a folding table.
👍🏻

Totally agree, loose the bathroom shelves and put in a rectangular shower.
Haven’t seen anyone disagree yet
Woah! So modern
This is one of their best layouts I think
Yes, rectangular shower.
TY Dalia. Factory actually saw this and said they're looking into it now! :)
Excellent description of the roof!! Makes perfect sense!
Glad it helped
♥️ the backsplash in the kitchen
I really like this one, even with its shortcomings. Nice little camper. And no, no jokes about plaid. LoL

Sofa is a Jack knife. I don’t believe they offer swaptions as that could block the slide from closing
This is almost like our 08’ Nash the tv is built in taking out the last upper kitchen cabinet by the door. But our bathroom is a better lay out.
Man I remember those TINY tvs built into those little cabinet spaces!!
@@JoshtheRVNerd , true it’s not too big but then the trailer isn’t either so your never to far away.
You're right. Josh instant deal breaker for us no wall or door to the bedroom 😁
Yup get rid of those open shelves in the bath and put a big rectangle shower in!
👍🏻
I personally like the fact it doesn’t have a ladder. Less seals, less holes = less prone to leaks. Just toss in a telescoping ladder and good to go
You are hitting the mail on the head. With telescopic ladders, no need for additional holes in the wall.
The curtain and couch separating the bedroom from the main living area seems to be a classic design. I guess you could say that in general, this rig is ok if you don't need any soundproofing in the master bedroom and are not big into tv when camping.
This is actually the oldest running member of their family so a more classic concept is likely accurate
@@JoshtheRVNerd a lot of the older Fleetwood travel trailers also have a half wall and couch separating the master bedroom too.
Mine has Double bump outs with an island and barn doors to the sleeping area.
Your north trail or just your RV? Which model do you have?
I guess you could say that in general the living area is ok for sometimes having camping buddies over on a wet day.
cool trailer... cant say it is a favorite, but i can say i would still gladly take it.... especially considering most half tons could tow it.... in this one the dinette is where i would chill, couch for overflow people, considering what this is and meant to be, and the space it has, tv situation is perfectly acceptable, i would have no problem at all putting whatever tv i have handy or buy for that spot in that spot once i arrive somewhere, many ways to safely transport modern tv without taking up a lot of room... solar on roof would be nice, but... as long as there is some way to get solar power in there is all that matters, external panel plug... or as i have mentioned can just clip your own controller box directly on the battery when you get there and use stand alone setup.
I don’t think I would off road with this one. The build is more suited it’s sticking to the paved roads
Looking forward to real owner feedback like that
That's a winner. Price point and storage are excellent. I don't go camping to watch tv inside, so no biggie.
👎on the shower and lack of bed room door. Everything else on the inside and outside is fantastic. Josh at least you’re not looking for your safety glasses. Keep’m coming bloopers, Nerdisms & all. Have yourself a great day today & keep 😂😂😂all the way

@@JoshtheRVNerd 👍👍
I like the half wall in the bedroom... But NO SOLAR PREP....Hello 1970....
Ironically western north trails DO have solar
They should make the sink and stove stow-able.
They really nailed it though…kitchen in kitchen area, living space with entertainment dock. Is there a sliding door between kitchen and living space?
Oh open plan…gotta buy shower curtain for kitchen and bedroom for at night. A few loving items and this will be a nice temp home.
Very thoughtful engineering!
Did you know the RV in From Dusk ‘Til Dawn is a Holiday Rambler? 😝
Sorry.. a removable sink and stove?
I have seen removable electric induction cooktop tops but not removable sinks. Am I understanding you properly??
@@JoshtheRVNerd Almost. Stow able… like Dodge Grand Caravans. Flip forward and into the floor.
Anything that has a plastic toilet, I won't even consider. I know it's not a tough thing to swap out, but I just assume that if they cut corners there, then they cut corners everywhere. Especially with the ridiculous MSRP in things today
I get it. Thank you for sharing how you feel
Since there is no solar, am I able to add solar to it? Or at the very least run portable solar to hook up during each trip? Thank you!
The aftermarket world you can always add solar. It just depends what you wanna do it how you want a new one
Decent little trailer, anyway you could find a Dutchmen Astoria TT 2913FK?
Will watch for one but I’ve never encountered any personally (yet)
Alright josh . I like the COMMODE room . Let's bump that 4in fart fat for a super turbo vortex & since you can't get a microphone in COMMODE room maybe it should come with a blow horn ,you know so you can share all that boom box blasting.
I agree with you on the bathroom. There’s so much storage in there that you don’t need those extra, open shelves. Take those out and put a bigger shower in and this RV would be perfect. Even with the open concept, I’m a solo camper so that doesn’t matter to me.
Yes! A bigger shower with a tub,and put hand sanitizer in place of the sink to make more room.
they did a great job on this RV it's nice in roomy no complaints that bathroom is perfect
High praise! Thx for watching
9:49 I’m guessing that “block” under your hand is why they had to go radius shower. But, I feel like most rear baths are flip flopped from this bathroom. (The shower and sink specifically). What a great trailer with an underwhelming bathroom.
Hey Josh, is it possible for you to do a review on the 2022 Crusader 335RLP in the near future?
Hang out for one, but I don’t to encounter them frequently. Thank you for the suggestion though
I just recorded about 25 videos this last week and I have so many little knicks, bangs, and scrapes
And a B Van took a friggin chunk out of my thumb.
The bathroom door also looks kinda cool.
yeah I like the general look inside them. Their progress lately is also encouraging
I am encouraged by the touch ups they’ve quickly made based on viewer feedback. I feel like it’s a brand to keep an eye upon
@@JoshtheRVNerd
After I saw the price I was even more impressed. Well done for sure.
IMHO
Thanks for showing it. Never heard of this brand. Look seeing all of them.
Lll four coffee makers
Start your own mobile coffee service
Rectangular tub agree. We rented a trailer with a similar floor plan it had with only a Queen. We did like it except, for the Queen bed. No Ladder great ! No exterior shower please. Does the 29 and a half foot length include the tongue? (Limited to 30' overall)
Yeah the specs listed include the total tip to tail length
Love it
This is a nice unit, except for the shower.
Are U Steps those telescoping kind??
@@JoshtheRVNerd Yep, check with Matt & Will. They love U Steps.
Question. When you say that a camper has an optional equipment such as bigger AC or different powered refrigerator. Are you referring to having to order the camper that way? Or a swap that can be dealer performed?
They’re available to be ordered that way
It’s not impossible for a dealer to upgrade an air unit though
Fridge swaps not impossible but more involved and costly
Oooh if they put a dinofa in place of that slide and put a chair or storage bench or even wall where the current sofa is I think that would be awesome. I really like the subtle colors and yes, a rectangular shower would be much better in that huge bathroom. 👍🏻
I agree on the shower. I am not a fan of the bath at all! That said, storage is great.
Sometimes they have a method
And sometimes they pull it out of their backside
But I actually called my north trail rep on that and asked him how a nearly 30ft rv had a 22 designator. He advised that’s their oldest concurrently built model and was originally created under a different management team who was willing to take those liberties
Their current product manager ensures model numbers are never 4-less than the true length which seems a reasonable way to understand full length vs box length.
We've decided we really like the open concept bedroom design (22mls owners here) in our camper. Coming from a class A with designated bedroom
It’s a great way to make a small rv feel larger for sure
Is there a model that puts the dinette on the opposite side?
Several! Try these:
→ Sundance: bit.ly/3zGszLB
→ Imagine: bit.ly/3IBBLSs
→ Cougar: bit.ly/2Z3DxKz
Is there a model that has the dinette on the patio side
25rbs I think
Video on that coming soon
Hello; yes you hit the nail on the head for me...the curtains closing off the bedroom are a definite no for me. honestly if i had the choice of the east/west and this, the east/west would be my choice hands down despite its bendy bed as i have an easy repair for that, that east/west could and should do as well. Thank You.
EtW is impressing me the more I see them
Alta does fall in a solid chunk of budget higher than this though which is worth noting
These north trails almost bump against some higher end stick and tin models for pricing
or how about the freedom express 252 tv that swings
This one? ua-cam.com/video/vUER4DQ18Oc/v-deo.html
I could see that
If it’s a couples camper or you cannot alone, I don’t see the point of a door in front of the bed. I also prefer to use my own ladder(I own 4). The fact that they are listening to feedback puts them back on my radar. The last one you showed I wasn’t a fan of.
They really do seem to be interested in stepping it up and I hope that continues
strangely enough I like it. the open bedroom doesn't bother me, the framed throne, well...
“Mature” interesting description!
👍🏻
No counter plugs no counter plugs at All by the sink and stove the wall is bare no counter no plugs by the u-shape dinette where are all power outlets
Under the overhead cabinets as is common in laminated wall rvs
Nice trailer but I'm curious as to why no ladder and not even prepped for one since roof maintenance is very important.
Agree, other than to save money, I would like to know why they eliminated the ladder.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I have the same feeling which is why I point it out
Every single manufacturer shoves the importance of roof maintenance down our throats and they warn us that the warranty will be void if we do not comply, yet far too many of them do not provide us with the safest way to maintain an RV roof, an ATTACHED ladder🙄🙄🙄
whom ever thought that the TV set up was a good idea is crazy, not being able to see the tv from the couch means its a no sale for me. also the lack of charging/outlets in the bed area and in other resting areas of the camper would make me walk away from it
It’s an older floor plan made before there was a big emphasis on direct facing TVs from the sofa. I think they had to do it over again today they would probably change that up
But there are also plenty of people who go camping specifically not to watch TV. For them it’s a really great option because it maximizes the other functions of the RV
And I'd just have a TV in the bedroom and not the kitchen to keep all that counter space👍
Did Josh say you can turn the trailer into a cat house? 🤔
I don’t recall but Frankly I wouldn’t put it past myself
The shower is to small. They have room for bigger shower why not put on in. I like the layout but I rather have a table or seats instead of booth. Never like a booth.
ok NERD! i would extend the wall to the ceiling in the bedroom and then mount a 65 inch tv on the wall leaving the walkway open to the bedroom, and by doing that then you could mount another tv facing the kitchen!
ONLY 65"?? lol
Sounds pretty awesome
@@JoshtheRVNerd King bed = King Size TV
Sorry no ladders no sale. But half price will work😂 my very good friend. Oh yea mr Trump wanted me to ask you something something Nerd
