Thx! But...a very strange approach to Rwy 06! Out over the Lake then a big right turn for 06 vectors! Why not straight in as you were coming from the West? Weird!

Yeah, it was pretty weird, as we flew directly over the airport and then circled around. I'm not sure why it was like that; maybe lots of traffic was arriving and departing, so we may have just done that to gain space from other aircraft.
