If all 6 Cabin crew members were working in the aisle during the flight, chances are one of them is being checked out by a line checker. The other possible scenario is that two of them are just commuting in the empty jump seats for work related purposes. Airlines will commute crews of there own other plane jump seats should they need the person for a different and there is no regular seat available.
