This WestJet 737 Max-8 departing Calgary (YYC), for Winnipeg (YWG), didn't retract its landing gear for minutes after lifting off the runway. I have heard a reason for this could be to cool down the brakes, but here there is no braking applied once airborne; you can see the wheels freely spinning as the aircraft flies overhead. The CCGS Moytel, a Type 400 BHC AP1-88/400 hovercraft operated by the Canadian Coast Guard, makes its way out of English Bay in Vancouver, and into the Strait of Georgia, among many other ships.
