Yeah I get what that guy meant by toyish , although it's only certain aspects and units that look like toys ( looking at u petrobolos).
Certain other units absolutely look gorgeous and better than the OG.
Detailing is imporved although I do prefer some of the older designs of certain units compared to the retold version
Dionysus isn't fat anymore :(
And the fact they eliminated my girl Hathor 😭
You can always use the old portraits which im glad they allowed, although some of the new ones are cool but you cant beat the original style artwork.
Yea they made Freya slightly chubby instead lol

OMG they took the original speakers and finally when Greeks build they say "teknon" and when they build a farm specifically they say "georgos". Ooh this is amazing.

Love it! So excited to see my childhood game be given some love. Don't mind so much the new voice lines, they are peculiar I agree but I think it's just nostalgia bias. They could solve this easily just by allowing to choose between the new and old ones.

man that's deep. but it's true :(
I think of all the voice acting, cutscenes of Arkantos kinda sounds like he's reading through the scripted lines without much charisma.
Not terrible, but not inspiring, or a sense of urgency.

The Views are getting better and more realistic except the voices. Voices are not so powerful as original one.
