I did this in Viaduct where I placed a portal in a Bush taller than the portal's beam, and then built a dispenser and sentry and used the restock closet repeatedly to get everything to lvl 3, then teleported to a good sentry spot I hid the portal exit, and then placed said dispenser and sentry. Works everytime. I had never seen this video, but now I know that's an actual tactic

I'd say one of the best ninjaneer spots on 2fort is the enemy intel on 2fort. If you can get a couple of other engines and a pyro to come down, you can stop the enemy from capping and make your team's job a lot easier.
