Ice Fishing Oneida Lake for WALLEYE! (Limited OUT)

Ice fishing for Walleye on Oneida Lake! Finally took a trip up to New York to see what all the hype was about... It certainly lived up to its reputation! The walleye bite was extremely hot, and I ended up having to release multiple keepers as well as a bunch of stud yellow perch!

I dont do ice but in the spring if you go to sylvan beach near where oneida creek dumps into the lake you can catch good ones. I think i told you that before.

I’ve heard it’s fantastic! I tried the canal once in winter while driving through the area and didn’t catch much but I know people who do well

Unfortunately there is no good ice at the moment, with the rain and warm temps it all has become sketchy.
