The treatment you will receive: lock yourself in a dark room for 48 hours. No sound. No screens. No light. Treatment is useless. That won’t make any difference other than placebo, then yes, you will get better. Ive done it and symptoms keep returning over and over. You need to get proactive and treat yourself. Edit: oh i forgot because of my memory problems. Here is a muscle relaxer and ibuprofen, enjoy. Good luck.
Exactly this is what I did for about 2 weeks and it didn’t help. Going on short 5-10min walks each day helped lots but after I saw a physical therapist to ‘unfuck’ my neck, as it had been really damaged despite it only aching and not hurting tons it had a large effect on my brain and my position in space (feeling instantly out of body)
What will my dr tell me? To go home and rest, probably. Take some drugs. It will be one week tonight for me.. too late to call my dr today and it's Friday, but I'm in Canada so it's not hopeful for any kind of support. Our country's health care is a sick joke, unless you're rich.
Hey, just found this again. Recovery was long, longer than it should have been because it re-injured past injuries. What a mess this has been... found a chiropractor online (here on YT) and his videos helped a lot. Over the last month I've gone for massage apts with a sports massage therapist, about 4-5 apts. Wish I'd had the money for this a year ago, but only reason I finally could afford treatment was cause my dad died. Check out Dr Rowe (i think that was his name).

I'd say "treatment" can could as just reaching out for medical advice and talk about symptoms. If no vomiting nausea then get some rest.
Regardless on what you decide to do, talking to any professional for medical advice is recommended.
Husband:Honey what time is it?
Wife:It’s concussion time.
Me:Uhh, What are the odds of that?
Interesting.....
I am not following.

Lol I don’t have money to see doctors
Then you should be on medicaid and have insurance.
