Well where do I start .. had car accident.. got rear ended .. bad concussion.. 2 wks later I got light headed while walking &fell & spiral fracture of my fibula & also broke my ankle ( had surgery ) & last week I lost my balance & fell onto my right arm / shoulder .. waiting on X-rays !!! It hurts bad .. can’t even lift anything heavy or move it like I have .. bone bruise I’m thinking .. just a hot mess !!! 😫😮💨

YES!!! Rich helped me rehab from a double knee replacement early this year...somedays I felt like I could barely stay upright, but EVERY SINGLE time I left R2R, I felt significantly better than when I came in!!!
I feel this is doing nothing for my mcl should I look for something more challenging?
After searching for my floor discs for 30 minutes.I find it easier doing both legs at the same time. Very Effective! Thanks Doc.

This is only the muscles used to baseball. Show the antagonist workouts, too. It's probably more important for a lot of people.
A specific established UA-cam PT said leg extensions are bad for your knees. I believed him until i saw Cristiano Ronaldo doing them

Dislocated my knee back in January from wrestling, after I recovered i got myself into kickboxing and mma. I was working out earlier today in the morning and my knee buckled and gave out almost out of no where. I went to the er to get a mri scan and turns out my acl is torn. I'm a senior in high school and these sports are the only thing I have going good in my life currently and now I'm afraid i have gotten it all taken from me. I feel lost

I dislocated my knee cap on 12,Sep 2024 probably the most painful thing I’ve ever experienced in my life so far

Should be left hand holding the stick. Rest of the stuff is pretty sweet though.
I pulled mine running the bases at a baseball tournament and then I couldn’t play the rest of the weekend
I also have to play tomorrow a week later hopefully I do okay
That last stretch around the 27 minute mark is what I did when I messed my hip up. Something just burst. No one knows what it was. X-ray showed nothing. What muscle could it be that got hurt? or did perhaps a tendon or something glide over the wrong side of a bone? Shouldn't hamstring strengthening be a very good thing to do and butt?

when i was 10 i can’t remember what it was but it was either a sprain or a minor dislocation, i did it on a trampoline and i did this sprain on my left and right knees acouple times from 2018-2019. when suddenly in 2020 when i was 11 is the first time i dislocated my right knee on a trampoline and the pain was a 10/10. also didn’t even know at the time that you could do that type of injury and the look of my knee on the side of my leg was scary. after a few months i went back to sport and over time forgot about the fear of doing it again. i played tennis for 2 years, basketball for 2. and now onto aussie rules football. it’s been 4 years since that and i maybe thought abt the fear of doing it maybe a few times but had full confidence. that was until 2 weeks ago at training when a ball came short to me and i went to go stop and turn and my knee gave out and next second im on the ground with my left knee cap on the side of my leg. at the time it didn’t hurt as bad as last time and i wasn’t freaking out and had a few laughs with some team mates while it was out. i waited a hr and a half for ambulances. now thats once on each knee. idk what to think but im seeing all these negative comments abt how they have done their knees over a doven times and thats my worst fair.
