Im a volleyball player i dislocated my knee two days ago. Will i recover well and be able to play again.?
Would like to see more stretches. So far so good!
I had noticed clicking on my high hip and can’t squat all the way to the floor and extend my right leg back and side without pain. Took ibuprofen but not listening. October 26,2024 that’s when it becomes so painful. I stopped my normal aerobics exercise . Called my primary doctor and ordered an mRI. Results right hip labrum torn. I don’t have pain standing , walking and I still sleep very well. I had a referral to an. orthopedic but I chose to see a Physical Medicine doctor to go over my over all body as years ago about 29 years ago I was told by a chiropractor that I had pelvic tilt that later on in life might cause me as issue. I want to know if that was causing to tear

I can grab hands like this behind my back no matter which hand is behind my head lol. I thought I would lose this flexibility by now but at 38 still easily can.
Tens units can contract the muscle the nodes are placed on, my personal experience if u go up high enough on the level then it will indeed contract the muscle the node is stimulating.

Well where do I start .. had car accident.. got rear ended .. bad concussion.. 2 wks later I got light headed while walking &fell & spiral fracture of my fibula & also broke my ankle ( had surgery ) & last week I lost my balance & fell onto my right arm / shoulder .. waiting on X-rays !!! It hurts bad .. can’t even lift anything heavy or move it like I have .. bone bruise I’m thinking .. just a hot mess !!! 😫😮💨

YES!!! Rich helped me rehab from a double knee replacement early this year...somedays I felt like I could barely stay upright, but EVERY SINGLE time I left R2R, I felt significantly better than when I came in!!!
I feel this is doing nothing for my mcl should I look for something more challenging?
After searching for my floor discs for 30 minutes.I find it easier doing both legs at the same time. Very Effective! Thanks Doc.
