    NGREDIENTS:
    180 g cottage cheese 5% fat
    1 egg
    salt
    70-80g flour
    0.5 teaspoon baking powder
    sesame, flax seeds
    Start with the cottage cheese, mixing it with the egg and a pinch of salt, then combine the flour, baking powder and in a bowl. Divide the dough into equal parts and form them into classic bagels.
    Shower the top with butter or yolk and sprinkle with sesame and flax seeds.
    Seal the bagels in a preheated oven at 180C for 25 minutes.
