I spent so much time trying to find this but I could find no useful timer for it. I finally found these videos on youtube and they are so useful. They even come with different variations with brown noise and 40Hz binaural beats to help with focus. Here's the link to the video: ua-cam.com/video/wjnSJWqT_xI/v-deo.html .

    Ha
Does this suggest those with ADHD should be learning more effectively?!

Apparently why I have ADHD is because of high dopamine level's to cure this do something boring like reading a book if it's boring to you then it's good news. Let your body adapt to low dopamine level activity eventually you will enjoy and love it start little then work your way up

How many of these 10 seconds breaks in a one hour period?

30 (in one of the speaker's videos, he said you can do 30 in a 1-hour session)

@@cherry8385 So roughly every 2 minutes. 10 second break of empty-mindedness

      @@ridebiking mathematically, yes
      BUT
keep in mind, he also said these breaks should to be *random*, so personally I feel like 30 is a little too much (it's hard to fit 30 breaks in 1 hour time period without having it feel consistent). In the video where he said this, he also said he was "just throwing out a number" for the viewers. I personally go for 20, because it's easier to randomize without having it feel like a pattern.

      @@cherry8385 Courteous response. Thank you
Yeah once every 2 minutes is a little much sometimes learning something requires more than 2 minutes of focus at a single time. I just tried this tonight and I liked it! Couldn’t consciously feel anything lol but it was nice breaking the monotony. Probably did 10-15 in an hour period 👍
