- Aluminess is proud to introduce the NEW Recon Front Winch Bumper for 2019-UP Mercedes Sprinter vans. This Aluminess Bumper is our new version of the old Baja Bumper. Get more protection and off-road functionality while maintaining a stock-like, low-profile appearance.
Staying true to Aluminess design principles, this Mercedes Sprinter bumper features a lightweight 5052 aluminum outer skin. Additionally, a durable textured black powder-coated finish enhances the corrosion-resistant properties of the aluminum, ensuring the product will stand the test of time.
Besides that, we added a 2″ receiver hitch and a steel Aluminess Winch Cradle into the Recon Front Winch Bumper. Now you can benefit from a secure and stable mounting point, ensuring reliable performance during heavy-duty recovery operations. Get ready for more Baja van adventures!
Additionally, our Aluminess Recon Front Winch Bumper fits a wide range of today’s most popular off-road equipment. This Sprinter winch bumper features provisions for mounting Baja Designs Squadron and S1 lights, or similar sized products. Additionally, you can add an optional Bull Bar for more grille protection and extra mounting lights or accessories.
If you’re looking for off-road function and factory-like form, the Aluminess Recon Front Winch Bumper is the choice for you!

Good looking bumper sine it kinda looks like it fit unlike a lot of other ones. Curious why you didn't put the link to the actual bumper in your video desc?
Do you know how much the bumper weighs without winch?
I emailed them, it weighs 74lbs which is about 25lbs less than CA and about 50lbs less than the owl.
Can you please make a 906 version of this!?!?
What’s the specs on the 2” receiver? Will it hold a dirt bike?
do you think it will get in the way of the front charge port (mercedes logo) on an esprinter electric van?
