What the hell dude, how can you possibly post this fast every time? You're either Kripp himself, rania or.... Dex (monkaS) Even if you set up an alarm that tells you that kripp just posted a video you can't be THIS fast.
Seriously This thumbnail is on the top 5 list of thumbnails I've ever seen for sure Good job on that one Haven't spotted Krip yet so we need Thumbnailerino :/
Yeah, I'll take "Deal 4 damage to your hero, draw 1 card", why not? Seriously though, 16 damage is kinda excessive, the 8 was already enough for most minions you want to remove.
Hmm on the note of Emeriss. I agree with everything you said. Though it's just a thought. One type of hunter I thought it might help is Giant Hunter, but I'm not sure that needs the help in Wild.
Forest guide: think about it as a counter to aggressive mill decks like dead man's hand warrior and dagger rogue. These decks pack thier hand with cards that they can afford to play while milling the other player, but if they discard thier important cards they are ruined. Imagine milling the death knight for the rogue or warrior and their dead man's hand and her knife. Perhaps this is the new coldlight oracle but works differently ONLY in the sense that you can't use your two cards on your turn. Otherwise it is identical and with a bigger body and counters decks that have always depended on CLO. Just a thought
Krip also Godfrey is not only defile but a 4/4 minion and x2 defile. So if we say 4 mana for a x2 defile that means 3 mana of it is for a 4/4. Really solid.
I feel like there's going to be 1 or 2 cards that'll make the Hunter Dragon a build around. Either "The next dragon you play costs x less", or some sort of rogue-like self bouncing cards so he can actually buff something late game.
Works clockwork with normal warlock heropower too? (So if another warlock cast treachery on this and the first warlock hero powers, will he take 4 dmg?)
ok im confused. is the hunter hero power being updated or not? i saw some people claiming it wont include the new beats (which would be dumb to say the least)
I was thinking the same about the Warlock DK, does it really work that way? Does it really double the doubled value? And would 2 Automatons work at the same time? If you reduce the cost somehowe (maybe not in standard) you could pull of some strong combos
13:53 Seems that Clockwork Automaton works kinda like Velen with the doubling, so if you can create a 1/1 copy of it or something you would get 4x the damage from hero power, 8x with the next one and so on. Might be some combo potential.
Kripp Ravencaller works pretty well if you are constructing an odd c/ Baku deck. This card lets you fill out your mana on your even turns where you otherwise would miss out on the 1 mana. If Baku decks work then Ravencaller will be worth it.
If you put in automaton into Warnock, doesnt it also double lifetaps damage? So not only is it slow in deathlock, it's anti-synergy for your base hero power
clockwork automaton also doubles the damage you deal to yourself with the normal warlock hero power, if the opponent forces you to play it with a dirty rat, that would be hilariously bad
If hunter had a spell that was "discover a hunter class legendary minion" and the legendary weapon filled your hand with minions emeriss would be a pretty cool card for spell hunter which is about the slowest controly hunter deck you will see.
do you think a malygos razorleaf mill rogue breed would be doable? Buttloads of razorleaves with thaurissan's discount is kinda like exodia mage, but not infinite. still an interesting idea. (i have some issues surviving early, but it does something against the control decks) actually having the mill archetype should help get the combos easier, i just dont have all the rogue combo cards like prep. at any rate, there are better decks, but i would be thankful if you could consider it
I believe they're actually removing it from the game. No, I have no idea why they're doing that. It doesn't reduce complexity (the card tells you what it does when you mouse over it anyway) and they're clearly still printing enrage cards, so.... pfffff.
KnightCrown bruh. It doubles the damage and healing. So you deal 6 damage instead of 3 with lifesteal effect so you would heal for 6; but the healing is separate from your damage and comes from your hero power, which this card then doubles again for 12 healing. Tldr it SHOULD be deal 6 then heal 12.
They made that warlock legendary because they want to push odd deck, but if you wanna build a odd warlock deck, You don't have much aoe (defile, hellfire, felfire potion and twisting neither are all even mana ). I think thats why they make a 7 mand 4/4 with large defile
Muck Hunter is really good in control mage. Post Jaina it is a 5/8 Rush and a 3/6 lifesteal/freeze for 7 mana. It is insane against decks that can otherwise just sit there and play nothing to prevent water eles.
18:15 I've played Hunter from the very beginning. I'm a level 60 gold hunter and every other class is level 10 and they're only level 10 just so I could get some gold. I gotta say from my experience Blizzard just doesn't care about hunter like at all. I always feel like I go into every game at a disadvantage. I think a card like Emeriss is crazy in literally every other class except hunter. I am glad no other class got that card I will say. But I also gotta say that card as crazy as it is sucks in hunter. I'd rather have a different legendary. If your a hunter and your somehow in a position to actually see 10 mana your seriously limping at best. My favorite deck to play is some weird control dragon hunter I put together and it's honestly the most fun I've ever had playing hearthstone. Unfortunately the deck I made sucks. I lose 2/3 games with it but the 1/3 of the games are crazy fun. I've somehow always beat Priest and quest mage with it. Emeriss will definitely make it into my deck but I know without a doubt my dragon deck is dead when Night in Karazhan rolls out. I wish Blizzard would throw hunters a bone every once in a while instead of just seeing Mage and Rogue denominate every single year.
Rpg 39 try a control hunter with eggs, cubes and other nice deathrattles combined with play dead and terrorscale. I’ve actually had great results with it (imagine cubing a lich king or some big zombeast and playdeading twice). I can send you my list if interested
Rpg 39 I do quite well with Handbuff Hunter (no joke) Something like an aggressive midrange deck with DK for lategame valuve. Only thing I lack is heal, but neutral healing heals little or is too clunky.
goodsire, Not a plant yea I've played both these decks before (at least very similar ones) I enjoyed them both. Those are actually 2 of my favorite decks I've created. I'm actually surprised and both happy someone else plays a similar deck because I've never encountered a deck like those before in constructed. Sadly I think the heart of these decks will die off soon once whispers of the old gods, Night in Karazhan, and Mean streets of Gasgetzan roll out.
Rpg 39 Well, we still have wild. I generally prefer wild so I don't really suffer from this, but it sure sucks for standart players. But even if the Dragon sees no play, the other Legendary probably will. I really hope I get it, there is some great sinergy with poison minions. Will toxic arrow finally be viable? Probably not, but a man can dream.
I mean when you think about it if it kill one minion it is a Flamestrike whole board plus summon a 4/4 who is not effected by said damage and it just get's better per kill each round of it's effect
Okay hear me out kripp, if we get a card that can manipulate battle crys in this next expansion like a cheap card that copies a battle cry in your hand then emerisse is on a whole level of his own. Hopefully something like this doesn't happen but if it does game over
The problem with Forest Guide is it isn't as simple as "Change it to at the start of your turn". Why? Because if they do that your opponent can kill it before you draw and ta-dah you spent 4 mana and did nothing, and that would be even worse
Muck Hunter looks like it would work well with warrior and just killing the mucklings with 1 aoe damage to the board, this card is actually overshadowed
Hearthstone streamers don’t review cards again after seeing more card that come out. Like. Blizzard revealing them slowly like this fucks with everybody cause they just want everyone to get all the cards. The streamers are anaylizing them as oh hey does it work with this meta. Since they don’t have the other 100 cards to see it’s tough to judge. but it’s all just speculation
ok. Everyone says that the guldan hero will deal 6 and heal for 12 with the automoton. But it says "double the damage and healing" not "double the damage, then double the healing." Did Blizzard confirm that it's sequential and not simultaneous? Because they would have to have intentionally programmed it that way for the doubling to occur.

How did you missed "DIE INSECT!" For clockwork automaton
Deal 16 damage to a random enemy
Yeah ill take that
Yeah, I'll take "Deal 4 damage to your hero, draw 1 card", why not?
Seriously though, 16 damage is kinda excessive, the 8 was already enough for most minions you want to remove.
Even better. Bloodreaver Gul'Dan. Deal 6 heal 12
Can't wait to start overkilling voidlords by 13
*Deal 16 damage to a random murloc tinyfin
16 damage once is trash 8 damage twice is better
Emeriss, the ultimate temporus counter
Will we see you on H3 podcast anytime soon my dude?
It's time to change Warsong Commander once again: "Your Rush minions have +1/+1".
It would be a buff.
Or, make it a control warrior card and have it be "your other minions have rush"
André Diniz agreed, for one reason only: I'd love to see rush added as part of the core warrior mechanic like that.
# David Zeski: I'm not sure if that wouldn't be a bit overpowered, but it could be an option as well.
But you don't want to confuse other players. Better remove Warsong Commander completely.
Queen - More Of That Jazz
Spoiler!
Kripp reviews 1 insane warlock card and some shitty cards you'll only see in arena
I actually see warlock running the automaton for massive burst healing.
Emeriss echo hunter? Might be a decent archtype if there were some endgame to it.
don't @ me when you're complaining about Coffin Crasher in a month
tygonmaster its only hero power bro
TheZombieslayer2002 did you watch the video? It's insane with the warlock death knight hero power
Omg that worm! Great job Rania!!
5:00 "Has +3 Attack while damaged" is enrage no longer a thing or why did they phrase it that way?
Clockwork Automaton synergie : combine with normal warlock heropower to deal 4 damage to yourself META DEFINING !
Mystic_blade what the fuck are you talking about. Clearly dealing 4 damage to yourself is much better fucking brain dead gopnik
5 turns to get 0 Mana molten Giants, I see why the hall of famed him
Hmm on the note of Emeriss. I agree with everything you said. Though it's just a thought. One type of hunter I thought it might help is Giant Hunter, but I'm not sure that needs the help in Wild.
Blackwald Pixie: odd card synergy, so gets an UPGRADED hero power refreshed in those odd card decks.
That is actually pretty amazing.
Ravencaller is good in odd-only deck as it helps you curve out on even numbered turns
Krip also Godfrey is not only defile but a 4/4 minion and x2 defile. So if we say 4 mana for a x2 defile that means 3 mana of it is for a 4/4. Really solid.
Best thumb nail yet!!
LMAO Genuinely laughed at that thumbnail, awesome job Rania!
Vex Crow : Whenever you cast a spell, summon a trolden clip.
THE END IS COMING!
I love Emeriss. Dragon Control Hunter is a decent deck in wild, and this card buffs the deck
Lord Godfrey is like playing a +1 spell damage minion, casting defile and then putting down a 4/4 minion. Insane value.
I feel like there's going to be 1 or 2 cards that'll make the Hunter Dragon a build around. Either "The next dragon you play costs x less", or some sort of rogue-like self bouncing cards so he can actually buff something late game.
i wonder why the text on red band wasp is "has +3 attack while damaged" and not shortened to "Enrage: +3 attack"
Speaking of Tempo Mage and secrets, I wonder if there will be any secrets in this expansion.
The good hearthstone days got all cards from this set
Works clockwork with normal warlock heropower too? (So if another warlock cast treachery on this and the first warlock hero powers, will he take 4 dmg?)
ok im confused. is the hunter hero power being updated or not? i saw some people claiming it wont include the new beats (which would be dumb to say the least)

If you put in automaton into Warnock, doesnt it also double lifetaps damage? So not only is it slow in deathlock, it's anti-synergy for your base hero power
If you use Godfrey with bran, does each kill give you two more battlecry ticks?
clockwork automaton also doubles the damage you deal to yourself with the normal warlock hero power, if the opponent forces you to play it with a dirty rat, that would be hilariously bad
Forest Guide is our replacement for Coldlight Oracle in Mill Druid. /s
I really want to play Mill Druid again.
I think Muck Hunter synergises pretty well with recruit effects aswell
Vex Crow: Whenever you cast a spell, summon a Doomsayer, and be very sad.
If hunter had a spell that was "discover a hunter class legendary minion" and the legendary weapon filled your hand with minions emeriss would be a pretty cool card for spell hunter which is about the slowest controly hunter deck you will see.
I foresee trolden clips of vex crow summoning doomsayers.
do you think a malygos razorleaf mill rogue breed would be doable?
Buttloads of razorleaves with thaurissan's discount is kinda like exodia mage, but not infinite. still an interesting idea. (i have some issues surviving early, but it does something against the control decks) actually having the mill archetype should help get the combos easier, i just dont have all the rogue combo cards like prep. at any rate, there are better decks, but i would be thankful if you could consider it
Emeriss is a classic 'Win More' card. Second Win More dragon after Temporus.
The clockwork automaton is a common so its so good that you can use 2 copies of this plus the warlock hero card
are we certain about clockwork automaton double healing the doubled damage?
15:13 can someone explain why you heal for 12 and not 6?
cause you deal 6 damage from the warlock heropower and 6 damage times 2 is 12
You think Blackwald Pixie will be played in OTK Paladín?
Are we sure that clockwork automaton won't deal 16 damage with the priest hero power and an auchenai effect?
dont forget: godfrey is odd and defile, siphon soul and twisting nether are even (just to name a few big removal cards)
Forest guide could also help with the cards that change stats each turn
Clockwork Automaton. How certain are we that it would heal 12 with Guldan?
Concerning the redband wasp, can someone explain to me please why it isn't "Enrage: +3 Attack " ? Did blizzard forget about that keyword ?
I believe they're actually removing it from the game. No, I have no idea why they're doing that. It doesn't reduce complexity (the card tells you what it does when you mouse over it anyway) and they're clearly still printing enrage cards, so.... pfffff.
Emeriss?! Does this mean we're also getting Lethon, Ysondre, and Taerar 😍
And warrior continues to get shafted.... Warrior is still my only non-golden portrait class, and it looks like that won't be changing any time soon.
Emeriss seems like a fun card in the hunter combo cube deck, I mean you can now spawn 6 16/16 king krush :p
Clockwork Automaton with quest warrior hero power means 16 damage, if you use taldaram it means 32 damage
Kripp you forgot to mention how the hero refreshing minion has synergy with both paladin DK and Quest warrior reward
Killernator it’s not that good. It’s a harder combo to pull off now then with auctioneer
SKINTAGERINO ON HIS RIGHT EYE LID IS DRIVING ME INSANERINO
Automatron with guldan should be hit 6 heal 6?
No, it works the same way as Velen with the 2 mana aoe.
KnightCrown bruh. It doubles the damage and healing. So you deal 6 damage instead of 3 with lifesteal effect so you would heal for 6; but the healing is separate from your damage and comes from your hero power, which this card then doubles again for 12 healing. Tldr it SHOULD be deal 6 then heal 12.
i bet someone will do a Coffinerino Crasherino Kripperino account
@kripparian What if you used Emeriss in a giant hunter deck? With naga sea witch and all that
Looks like mill druid is coming with Forest Guide, Drakkari Enchanter, Ixlid, Astral Tiger and Naturalize.
These photoshop kripps are amazing
Emeris is good ONLY if you got the death knight hunter up, and you you load your hand with insane build a beasts
I'm just waiting for the 1,200 packs unboxing video...I don't even play the game anymore...
Challenge: Listen to ALL of Kripp's card reviews on 2x playback speed
With Clockwork Automaton in play wouldn't the warlock death knight hero power deal 6 and and then lifesteal for 6 which would then be heal for 12?
shamonbabe he said exactly that about the card, did you even watch the whole video? :D
*In token Druid*
- Ravencaller
- 2 Alleycats
- Mark of the Lotus
6 mana 11/10 across 5 bodies.
Any better potential combos with Ravencaller?
Mark of the Lotus is Gadgetzan. No longer standard.
Grant Miller plus alleycat is a hunter card
What about quest hunter guys? Ravencaller and Emeriss?
They made that warlock legendary because they want to push odd deck, but if you wanna build a odd warlock deck, You don't have much aoe (defile, hellfire, felfire potion and twisting neither are all even mana ). I think thats why they make a 7 mand 4/4 with large defile
why doesn't the clockwork automaton with warlock DK heropower deals 6 and heals for 6? why does it heal for more than 6? I don't get it...captain?
That thumbnail - I believe that is what I will see when I end up in hell. God fucking damn it.
I hope that you can do a Crafting guide before the expantion launchs
Muck Hunter is really good in control mage. Post Jaina it is a 5/8 Rush and a 3/6 lifesteal/freeze for 7 mana. It is insane against decks that can otherwise just sit there and play nothing to prevent water eles.
would call pet work with hunting mastiff echo??
Oh, thanks, now I know which legend I'll drop first (from packs). Emeriss, of course.
wait wait wait, velen stacks so the clockwork automaton stacks too right?
18:15 I've played Hunter from the very beginning. I'm a level 60 gold hunter and every other class is level 10 and they're only level 10 just so I could get some gold. I do quite well with Handbuff Hunter (no joke)
Something like an aggressive midrange deck with DK for lategame valuve. Only thing I lack is heal, but neutral healing heals little or is too clunky.

Godfrey Baratheon?
К'тун из Ан'киража the effect animation is pretty insane also
I mean when you think about it if it kill one minion it is a Flamestrike whole board plus summon a 4/4 who is not effected by said damage and it just get's better per kill each round of it's effect
Kudo TV no no no Gilbert Godfrey.
i wanted that card for warrior....
14:30 that card + bloodreaver guldan's hero power will be nuts. it will be deal 6 damage heal 12
How will clockwork automaton work with Rogue dagger?.... Lets say you buff the dagger up, play this and then hit your opponent in the face for 20?
When is the release date?
Okay hear me out kripp, if we get a card that can manipulate battle crys in this next expansion like a cheap card that copies a battle cry in your hand then emerisse is on a whole level of his own. Hopefully something like this doesn't happen but if it does game over
Would Clockwork Automaton cause you to take 4 damage by life tapping as base Warlock?
yes
The problem with Forest Guide is it isn't as simple as "Change it to at the start of your turn". Why? Because if they do that your opponent can kill it before you draw and ta-dah you spent 4 mana and did nothing, and that would be even worse
wtf, what was the first warlock legendary?
Emeriss gonna be crazy if they give it to the dungeon run guy who is big hunter with reduced cost
Forest Guide for potential mill Druid?
WATCH OUT KRIPP! That mouse looks like it wants to bite you!
Muck Hunter looks like it would work well with warrior and just killing the mucklings with 1 aoe damage to the board, this card is actually overshadowed
Can't wait to see what Kripp has to say about the other Warrior legendary...
Hearthstone streamers were mostly wrong about the Frozen Throne expansion so, what’s changed??
The Joker Channel remember how shadow reaper anduin raza carnivorus cube were just decent cards
Darko Mihajlovski yep
Hearthstone streamers don’t review cards again after seeing more card that come out. Like. Nothing, it's great that it's "mostly"
Zac Nyberg TRUMP
how about this mec(doubl your heropower) in hunter whis upgeided herow power. Its 6 damage for 2 mana every tern
I think Scaleworm would see play in wild, as Curator can draw it and a dragon
Hunter Death-Knight+Dragon Legendary = Situation where cards in hand and at late-game = possibly probably good, but kripp didn't mention

Frostbolt: 2 mana 3 dmg + effect - Mage
