Reelfoot State Park is an amazing place to explore. I would recommend good mosquito repellent and maybe even a small fan to blow them away if you plan to sit outside after dark. Lol I still highly recommend the campground, but I will be more prepared next time.
When we were there this year, we were in the site to your left. The unoccupied one in your video. At the very end! I got spooky that first night ... lol :) LOVED this place and plan to go back!
I saw three of the campsites my wife and I have used and I was able to pick out some of my best bird photography locations as you covered the perimeter.
Lush and green makes it gorgeous! But we have gone in February before, and it is still beautiful with all of the icicles hanging in the trees. Lol That wind blowing off the lake is brutal though. Make sure you bundle up :)
That looks like a nice campground and lake, even in the rain. Funny comparing trees with Happy Place Camping. Haha. Don't go chasing frogs and toads, Scotty & Malinda. Haha.
Nice walkthru! We passed this last year traveling through and wondered how the campground was layed out. Def on our bucket list. 😊

I stayed in the left site to your left last Saturday heading south on the Great River Road from St. Louis. Lol Site 21. I love Reelfoot!
Nice campgrounds. Looks like it has rained pretty hard with full puddles.
It rained really hard for about 45 min. But West Tennessee is so flat, water stays puddled for a while.
Nice and close to the water!
We sure loved it :)
Love any campground by the water. Thanks for sharing.
Us too! And so glad y'all had a safe journey back to the states. Welcome back! :)

Does anybody know if they are back open?
Very nice campground. Beautiful surroundings. Thanks for sharing makes me want to go camping. Blessings friends
Thank you! Every campground makes me want to go camping also :)
I love how lush and green everything is. Happy Place Camping will be proud of your tree.

Beautiful view makes me want to visit🙂
You should! It is so different from East Tennessee :)
This park looks great...even with the liquid sunshine. Another place to consider for next summer. Nice job.
It is a beautiful CG. The only negative we had was a ton of mosquitos that ran us inside right after dusk. But through the day it is so perfect! Lol
Thank you, just what I needed, loved it
so is Lake co (Reelfoot area) that much more flat than Obion county?
I am not certain about that, but generally Tennessee gets more flat as you travel East to West.

I can't help myself...all those cute little frog faces! Lol HPC had some monster trees in her video, this was as close as we could get right now :D
Music
Thank you for watching. But what is it about the music?
