That makes me feel better-I emailed several days ago and haven’t gotten a response. Thank you for showing the good, the bad, and the ugly side of reselling!
I'm a "part-time" reseller and average 40 hours per week 😆....but I love it and wouldn't want to be doing anything else. What other job combines thrifting and research? My two favorite things! Love watching y'all! Just checking in from AZ! 💛
We are also resellers in the MB area (on a much smaller scale than y’all), and are doing the storage unit thing for some of our stuff. Bringing items back and forth is really time consuming and inefficient for us, so we have brought most of our stock back to our property. We now do most of our business in a climate controlled shed on our property, and are looking to get another shed so we can completely move out of the storage unit. I know you said you don’t want to move, but you may want to consider looking at properties that have more property and have (or allow) outbuildings. The efficiency of running the whole business from one place may be worth it, and you may still be able to be somewhat to the beach 😎
Love the storage videos. Where you guys are full time resellers and part time storage unit buyers. We are the opposite. We are full time storage unit buyers and part time resellers. And also in SC…
Maybe also look at sharing an existing warehouse...some companies have extra space that they can't otherwise monetize. A friendly realtor might be able to give you a tip or two.
Look up a shared warehouse space! Theres a few down here in charlerston where you get like 1000 - 1400sq ft for 600-800 a month. They have it set up with partition walls so your area is private. Have the option to get wifi. Im sure there is something up there!
That going to junk mail makes sense, 'cause I inquired about a couple of things and never heard back. Then I heard you keep saying contact us so I sent e-mail maybe twice, but got my jacket. I'll remember to be persistent if have a question. Love my purse jewelry, Kayla. It has turquoise tassel & bead, a leather heart, dainty chains and the teeny tiniest dream catcher you ever saw. I think I'll use it in multiple places so I can enjoy it more. think I'll hang it on one of my hats. Thanks! Don't pay the light bill, we like to see Jules reaction when they go off. Ha, ha! About the warehouse, I'm wondering how you'll control temperature and keep varments out. It's hard enough in a unit. We know you work hard, and those of us that have had any part of it know it isn't easy. Plus, you have to deal with the public and your listing providers. Blessings, Cat
Or possibly just a rental house? Might be cheaper but I don’t know what the cost is in your area vs a small warehouse or office space for rent. I love that you guys show more of what it takes and the behind the scenes. Thanks!
You are so fortunate you have a place to dump, we don't. No big trash days here either. Makes it very hard to do things like this that generate a lot of trash. Though if you rent a storage unit, some of them will let you use their dumpster which offsets that cost a little bit. Loving your videos, thank you!
Yikes, some websites that try to 'help', don't really....stuff happens & I hope everyone is understanding about the email bit. I've built websites using a different email bit, but that was a while ago & I don't dare advise. Blessings y'all!!!
Warehouse or pole barn is way to go👍🤓. Y'all are handling yr products too many times . Stick area, listed area, shipping area , what not area, it's the way to go👍🤓 Deliveries right to the warehouse
I still can’t figure out how y’all can list so many items at a time! There’s so many description questions, and my husband can’t usually sell a similar thing, using their listing, because there’s so many inaccuracies , and he tries to be honest about every detail of the questions, but how can you each do 20 listings a day? Do y’all use the AI writing for you, as well? I’m just trying to figure this one out. Thanks in advance! I just wonder about that. God bless y’all!
I know your love of fishing and being close to the beach...but. You could save so much money and plan for the future if you bought a nice size piece of property with a house. You could put up a metal building for what you pay in a year for a leased/rented building. You talk of raising your profit to $20 per sale but you are lowering that with all the shed rental fees and the driving back and forth. Your throwing away money with rental fees/leases when you could be investing in your future with property you own. I just think your profits and your future would be so much better if you consolidated your operation to one location. :)
Instead of a commercial warehouse why not buy or rent a house? As long as you don’t open a physical store I don’t think anyone would know or care if your eBay is in there.
Thanks for showing us the cons along with the pros of your business.😏
You crack me up every time the lights go out and you say “I ain’t got no lights”. I laugh every time 😆. I really enjoy your videos!
I know, right!! Every time, I die :)
Love their sense of humor and positive energy :-)
SAME😂
Try looking for shop space. It might be cheaper than a warehouse.
One thing to consider, too: if you do get a warehouse, arrange for a dumpster to have on site to handle the trash removal.🤓
I love that you are both very honest with all you do on videos! Keep up the amazing work you do ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💜
Thank you for keeping it real and setting the expectations! Love you guys!!

Yes!! Work smarter, not harder. ❤
I can't imagine the work involved in storage unit. Good thing you are young. Love your videos.
Good idea on warehouse.
Love watching. Just FYI, a quarter of a year is 3 months, not 4.
I just have to tell you guys, i absolutely love you channel 🥰
You 2 are great!!!!

Good luck, I hope you find the perfect space. Thanks for sharing.
This is such good information 🥰
Time is money!
Love watching you two!😊

That must be where my email to you went too-into the junk mail. Oh well, it happens. 🤪

I think you are right, small warehouse would work. Maybe even a property with a house a warehouse, less travel and maybe even more space?
I like your transparency, I think you handle things a lot also ( I feel like I do too, but at least I have everything at my house). Darn lights!
You should make a store front almost and advertise that you buy and sell stuff. Might bring you some good deals in
Think about this, try renting a small house in your area. All you would need to secure the windows and doors.
Hi❤❤❤
I really forgot about the show, but here I am #1 fan 🎉😅
Closest dump to us is 30 minutes away...but I love the Walmart by it so we try and coordinate to hit that on the way back.
Good morning ❤️

A rental house is a terrific idea!! They could have restroom & kitchen as well as storage & WiFi. Good thinking!!

I’d recommend a warehouse. I got one instead of my garage and 2 storage units. Able to list x2 as fast and can have everything in one location
I'm in AZ and a lot of my sales are to FL and NY.
thx….ah no problem! 😂 i wish someone would tell me that i am aging better than a craftsman.

Mustang video? Walk around and highway pulls? Maybe? As a treat?
You have not mentioned what you use your eBay quarterly coupon on??? Just curious.
6:25 Did the shipping cost for clubs go down?

Maybe that warehouse will save you a bunch of time
How much do you guys pay for a storage unit that big?
Not working as much, big items for lots of profit. That's it. Which is rare and hard to do consistent.
