SL728 C Garage Door Spring Replacement - P728

Our garage door spring broke and when we looked for the replacement part, SL728C, We were unable to find this part anywhere. We did a lot of research and found out that the replacement part is actually the P728c. This video goes over the differences and what the final product looks like

My mom's aluminum garage door isn't terribly old, but one of the springs broke (Holmes P728C).
Is that the ONLY model we can use, or are there substitutes by different manufacturers ?
I did pick up a couple P728 springs at HD today and I guess I can just use the existing clamps/hooks...
