I make this often at home and it’s super yummy ..I don’t use cardamom instead I use two small pieces of pandan leaves ..Pandan leaves are originally used in this thai dessert..
Next time I’ll try adding cardamom 👏

I put sugared violets and sugared lemon rind curls on mine and ground pistachios with cardamom I also sprinkled nasturtium and pansy petals under the gelatine first. It was exotic and delicious and everyone thought it was ordered from a hotel pastry department.
