Ingredients for coconut water layer （椰水层）:
1 1/2 tbsp agar-agar powder （燕菜粉）
150g caster sugar （细砂糖）
1200ml coconut water（椰水）
2 coconut, scooped out flesh （2粒椰子的肉）
Ingredients for coconut milk layer （椰浆层）：
1 tbsp agar-agar powder （燕菜粉）
100g caster sugar （细砂糖）
350ml water （水）
2 pandan leaves, knotted （2片班兰叶，打结）
250ml thick coconut milk （浓椰浆）
1/4 tsp salt （盐）
10g green pea flour （绿豆澄粉）
20ml water （水）
** Can reduce sugar, if you don’t like sweet.
** 不喜欢吃甜的，可以自行减糖。
