I was there with my friends/band members. We had a blast! That line-up was tight, Steve Stevens was incredible, and Vince actually sounded really good (without tracks). That guy that jumps on stage in the middle of "Looks That Kill" leapt from the second level onto speakers and onto the stage. I can't remember. Does anyone remember if their was an opening band?
Great album and band; nice departure for Steve because he was allowed to really stretch out - as opposed to the 8 bar solos with Billy Idol; just a shame the tides turned in music; in came grunge…so Steve did a flamenco album😉👍🏻🎸
Loved Vince’s solo album and always thought this band was great but they just couldn’t co-exist. Robbie Crane talked about Vik Foxx stealing a lot of gear from the band, Vince’s heavy drinking having a big effect on things, issues with Dave Marshall spreading rumors about Robbie which led to a confrontation between Vince and Robbie and Steve Steven’s just getting fed up with it all and leaving. There was even tension between Phil Soussan and Steve Steven’s because Steve wanted to play all the guitar parts including the bass. Thats what led to Phil leaving.
Loved this era for Vince. He was at his peak, imo.

vince was killer here. he didn't give a fuck about motley crue, and he did a killer album, and the tour for it was awesome with van halen.
