Back in 93, when everyone was following grunge for fear not to sell more records, he made "exposed", one of the most beautiful albums of the end of the millennium. Vince, he's a rocker of the highest caliber and he always showed it
What a awesome musician Steve Stevens is... Surreal! 🏆
One thing I loved about Vince is his stage presence and communication with the audience. He always communicated with the audience, give them the mic to sing, and connect with them rather than just sit on stage singing note for note whats on the recordings.
Sensational.
The equal of a Motley show but w/ some of Vince's best songs.
And fuck me he's HAPPY.
I love Vinces solo stuff! He looked so happy, like he was having a lot of fun! :)
He was taking alot of xtc guitarist was pissed because vince woukd forget lyrics lol
@@wangdangle73 hm where did u hear that? Never heard that before, I don’t doubt it tho haha
@@dal7667 I’ve never heard that before either, I hung out with Vince a couple of times and all’ he ever wanted was blow
@@markrosenquist8259I could see that Vince liked to blow nikki and Tommy especially lmfaoooo😂
FANTASTIC line up!!! This guys sounds like they were playing together their whole life. Better than Motley Crue definitely. Also Vince seems more happy & comfortable here than any MC tour.
He still sounds bad.
These guys look like they’re having a blast playing together.
Steve sounds loud as hell too! Band seems like it has a good chemistry..sure do miss the 90s.
This is the reunion we're all waiting for.
With everyone but washed up Vince
You all talk crap about Vince but yet you keep coming back like if it was crack lol Tommy Lee, Mick Mars, Nicky Sixx, & Vince Neil Motley Crue are Legends & this Vince Neil Project is Amazing with Stevie & the rest
Vince sounding great and with awesome Steve Stevens on guitar..this Rocks!
I love Vince, but come on. He has never sounded that great live.
Or you deaf! He's horrible!
@@casianphotography7547 you have no clue.
EXPOSED is a very great record. Vince was cool at this time.
@@cellblocknine5385 never seen him live, obviously.
He sounded great at this time because I saw him open for VH in ‘93.
I saw them earlier in the year opening for Van Hagar! It was such a fun show! Steve Stevens is awesome!
Steve Stevens guitar sounds so good 💥💥
When you start a concert with a song like #look in her eyes# its clear, you will take no prisoners!!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thank you! Saw them open for VH in KC a few months before this show. Great performance & band.
This is incredible!
Nice, I love Exposed, thank you for posting this!
Thnx! Great video!
I have this album on CD, it's enormously good! And of course, Steve Stevens add his flavor to it! Kudos to the rest of the band as well.
Thank you for this.
Thank you very much! Steve Stevens rules!!!
I love and adore Motley Crue. This band with two guitar players though, something very powerful.
Omg thanks ..saw him open for Van Hagar in 93 he was amazing
Vince was in Motley Crue in 1986. He opened for Van Halen in 1993.
@@TheVideoVault man what drugs am I on lol. Thanks for reminding me
great upload
Great stuff
fk yeah i saw the Exposed tour November 25th 1994 in Fort Collins, CO. Epic stuff
Steve Stevens playing on this album is god like.
Vince had the best band on planet earth. Steve Stevens and Vik Foxx... the best!
Right? A proper contender to the Crue line up...
The ironic thing is I’m not from Minneapolis but I’m watching this in a airport because my flight got delayed. But this still rocks! 🤘
Delay is the live saver of many vocals
He's still missing lyrics, leaving words out. Not finishing words, just rambling. Love this record and all, but Vince still isn't good
Emulates range that he doesn't have
@@SonicVR12 Yeah if he just had been better, he may even had made it! And he may also had sold million and millions of records if he just had been a better singer! And..... he may could even have a decent career 30 years after!
Damn what missed opportunitys!!!
@dennisdevelin not disputing that. My statement refers to his recent performances and this specific upload. I'm rooting for Vince to improve, we all know this is not the best hes capable of if he would put in the effort necessary. I stand by my comment. This is not good. I really hope he can improve.
Greatest frontman of all time , in his Prime 👏👏👏😎🤘
Damn, Sister of Pain sounded bad ass! Saw Vince down at the Chief in Pueblo, 1994.
The shinning star here is the one and only Steve Stevens on guitar!!
4:40
1:23:09
Vikki Foxx is the engine of that bad
I think Dave Marshall put a lot more into it than people know. He's a great guitarist as well!
Back when fun was actually fun!! Bring it back!! People too damn serious nowdays!!
I wish that Motley Crue was over and Vince would go back to this exact band
I like the song
As far as pure musicianship is concerned every band Vince ever had backing him as his solo act has been infinitely more proficient as musicians and performers than Crue. I love Motley Crue but it's obvious who the real star ⭐ is! Btw Steve Stevens is an incredible guitarist. Is was allowed to show it a lot more so on Exposed than any Billy Idol record.
これかなり画質良いね あ~エルサレムスリムも見たかったな~ライブでw
Vince Neil of 2021 would eat this guy for lunch
Fucking ROFL! 🤣🤣🤣
😂😂🤦🏼♂️
Literally lol
2020 ?? and im cranking this ?? damn dude.. only if my father took me to these when i was in my pull ups ... thats ok ill shit my pants the whole way through.. fine by me ..but come on.. goddamn.. incredible...
I remember this tour, well. I saw him open for VH in the summer of that year in Nashville. I went to see Vince and left a VH fan.
You can start to hear him get short of breath and flubbing lyrics. Oh well, at least he’s still in key.
Most of the time. 😬
Same tour here!! Kansas City!!!!!
Ah, the classic "secret camera hidden behind the phony lapel button". LOL. What may have surprised me most was how much Robbie and Dave sound exactly like Nikki and Mick with their lush full 1/2 dozen person choir backing vocals. Haha. Did they use the same canned tracks? Vince's sound guy must've nicked them from Motley's storage locker... Eye rolls aside, very cool to have archived footage such as this. Thanks for sharing!
I think you mean Marc LaFrance, the background singer on the records. delinquentrecords.com/vocals.htm
@@diegomorales8616 May very well have been his backing vocals they were using. Appreciate the link. Cheers!
It’s actually Shawn Crosby, Vik Foxx, Vik’s tech Darren and I singing the BGV’s at Steve’s studio… We had a keyboard player (Mike Klavana) that played the tracks on his keyboard… Although Dave and I are also singing live along with the tracks… Ha! No click track this was… 😅😊😂
@@robertm6820 Def tracks, just not of the click variety. ha ha. I appreciate the insight and honesty, Robbie. Cheers!
I saw this tour in NJ
I like the comments about Vince's vocals. If you haven't seen them, check out the Motley Crüe "lyric" videos which show Vince's perceived lyrics. They are hilarious. 😁
That band lineup is a Monster of a Godzilla! Steven Stevens the Top Gun, Billy Idol Atomic Playboy, Vikki Foxx getting on hi with a new thing with Enuff Z'Nuff, Dave Marshall of Fiona fame & Robbie Crane of Ratt n' Roll tours of duty.
Wow! I never knew Steve Stevens played in Vinces band. The band sounds great!
Great line up
Good album
Thats Vickie Foxx from E'nuff Z'nuff on drums
Yep, a great challenger to Tommy Lee.
Motley Crue was a job for Vince. His solo stuff was him actually enjoying what he did. You can see the difference.
He's not absolutely terrible, and still has energy...but you can DEFINITELY tell he's starting to not sing some of the words (especially Kickstart My Heart) and getting a little winded and off key. This is the beginning of the downfall.
93' was the year Vince started to gain weight. By 94' he was big, just look at pictures of him with Heidi Mark. He was never the same after the exposed era..
His kid got sick in 94 and died in 95. That was his downfall.
He started the word skipping in 83
@@bigtommy9715 at the US Festival
Vince Neil has never been good live, he sounds great on the records but live performance has never been his strong suit.
I miss The Mirage nightclub. It was a hole in the wall nightclub, but they held a lot of awesome concerts there. Everyone from Motley Crue (John Corabi Led era) Iron Maiden, Dream Theater etc.. too bad they turned it into a french bakery, lol!
Neil plays at the bakery a lot😂😂😂
Any Dream Theater shows filmed that you know of?
Damn, he hasn't been able to sing for decades. I didn't know he sounded like shit as far back as the early nineties!
lol!
I agree!
He doesn’t sound too bad
As far back as the mid 80's if you look for it
The fuck? He sounds fine here. 2021 he doesn't sound good.
How the hell does Steve do those arcade game noises with the guitar? Goddamn
I think Steve needs some more chorus and flange on his guitar..lol Man it would sound so much better if he canned that shit. Always drove me nuts with Zakk and that damn chorus on 24/7. Ozzie at Budokan would be so much more rockin’ if he’d just turn off the damn chorus pedal...:)
Agreed. He’s a great guitarist he doesn’t need all of that
you're not invited but your 'all you can eat' buffet can come
Motley who?! Great Vince!!!
Steve Stevens, A FUCK'N BEAST!
SteveStevenS 🔥🔥🔥
Vince here weighs about a fifth of what he does now. 🤣
Vince Neil before he ate Vince Neil.
Legen...dary!
the band motley crew wanted to be !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bad voc lead feed for Vince on fine fine wine
Holy S**T, the first 30 seconds is brutally off key!
Big mac 103 hahaha
I'd rather see him in this fine forme than Motley... for the time
Just a shell of himself now, getting old sucks
1:14:00 👀
I love this band and all. But listen to Girls Girls Girls. He's missing lyrics, dropping words, blurting out noises instead of words. He's always struggled
8:39 😅
Steve Stevens!
Who are the guitariest
Steve Stevens.
30 years and 60 lbs ago. See He can sing if he wants to.
60? More like 90 lol
The hell is that guitarist doing during home sweet home solo
Yeah wasn’t even close to the original
you can see the beginning of Vince's down fall. Missed words, missing notes, , not breathing right when he takes a breath to sing, damn Vince, at some point you'd think the band would say something. I guess a pay check is a pay check.
That first guitar solo was a damned TRIP!.Don't really care about hearing half-azzed Vince muddle up his crappy lyrics,.but the band can jamm and Steve Steven gives a clinic
What happened to Vince... His voice is shot... He loves his Pizza...
He's never been good live just on the records.
What language is this?
Drunklish
kickstaraamaahearrtt.nebaastartt
Does Vince really need to break out the guitar???😂🤦🏼♂️
he only uses it hmm maybe 20% of the time it’s with em
fuck jon 5 they should have brought SS into the fold.
side bar: its interesting that SS is pretty much was an EVH clone (during this tour) with legacy 1 5150 and OG musicmans, they opened for Van Halen on this tour. clearly SS and ED we tight!
Vince, sounds terrible by the way
Steve Stevens saves this from total garbage heap
That Vicki Fox was a better drummer than this.....but he sounds like Def Leppard’s drums (I like DL btw...bless Rick Allen).
*Thought
@@bradleytravis2688 You mean Rick Allen live or on record? It would have to be live cuz since Pyromania, DL (and Mutt Lange) used drum machine for the records ;-(
I’m saying since pyromania. Pyromania was a drum machine on record even though it was two years before he lost his arm.
Slaughter albums were drum machines as well even though Blas Elias was a good drummer.
The drumming here sounds dated. Steve sounds great. Vince is Vince
You are obviously not drummers, whoever this is cause this guy is killing it. It is a specific eighties rock style but he is killing it and hitting everything besides putting on a major show
There is no singing that Vince will ever pull off that will impress me after hearing pretty much any other metal singer. He was a good fit for Crue because the only member of that band with any real talent is Tommy. But THIS band? Vince should be kissing the asses of every member of this band throughout the entire performance, especially Steve. Vince never deserved this band, and they will remain the best band Vince ever "sang" in front of.
At least he doesn't sound like a drunk hillbilly in this one.
Vince sounded bad then as well. Lol
Vince was never a ”good” singer just that that raspy voice fit motley crue so well but here he sounds like really good i think the 90s was vinces ”prime” in terms of singing
So vince has been singing like shit since the older days
Seriously... You're no fan. That's his voice.
Also - He sounds 1000 times better in this than 2014 - 2021.
Before it sounded good, decent, to this day it sounds like shit
Man Vince has always been terrible live eh
This proves my point that he could never sing
For real!
ua-cam.com/video/VPISn2IXzuI/v-deo.html this performance was good
It proves your tone deaf
Lol!!!!!!!!!
He's never been good live, but he's always sounded great on the records.
Vince Neil solo album exposed just destroyed that new trash of an album they just put out and yes if they're going to get anybody should have been Steve Stevens still should have changed the name no Mick no motley
Vince Neil pretty much has always sucked
He sounds good on the records, but when he gets on stage he's just never been good live, however I have to give credit to Steve Stevens for the guitar work on this album and tour.
