hey guru mann i am ur big time follower i am 75 kg and there is average fat at my belly i does not look fat but yes there is some fat i dont have big muscles i have average muscle my bicep is 14 inches when i flex it and its 12 inches without flex after watching all ur six programs i am confuse that which program i should follow i want to gain some muscle but i dont want to increase my belly fat please if u can help me then please suggest
hi bro if u r body fat percentage is below than 15% u can use any of program in this two ( pure mass or Muscle 5x5 )
if u follow the nutrition & clean diet as in the program your belly fat will not increase .do after workout carido fro five min to ten min dont skip abbs workout
