As a general rule that's certainly true.
It's less of an issue if the father is still in the game, or if it's a larger family with other quality men (grandfather, uncle). But yes, that also is ever more rare today in the West.
For the longest time I hated that parents chose husbands and wives for their kids in traditional communities. But modern western women show us why that is the case - most women simply cannot pick the right man that will result in a successful family in the future.

A regular average plumber or bus driver will never attain that. Whether you admit it or not you'll feel entitled to a high earning guy which will keep you single for years to come.

Sounds like a least of everything women DON'T do. Exceptions noted for women being able to defend themselves, but yeah - everything women don't do. The list provided, is what I too offer in a relationship. An equal yoke on an emotional level and expectations in better judgement. Sure, we all make mistakes, but if you have a strong foundation, it's easier to navigate the traps of our world. As for the parents - and how you feel about them - I would prefer that he at least understand why they are where they are. Most kids go through a stage where they hate their parents - but as they mature- the relationship is healed. It may not be the same, but the offspring demonstrates grace & forgiveness for his parent's shortcomings. If you can't do that, that's a red flag for future relationships. @@juliancate7089

So yes, it's pretty lame to tell guys to get to the gym, to dress well, and pay attention to grooming when said guru does none of those things. In this case, I think it's legitimate to call out his defects in appearance. I think the reason I dislike him is his viciousness and desperation in clawing for recognition as the Father and Founder of the Red Pill, which he demonstrably is not. Additionally, I thought his mockery of the Men's Rights Movement was repugnant. Having said that, I got a lot from his articles he posted on his blog, which unlike his podcasts, are well-written and straight to the point, but I soon soured on him for the reasons I mentioned.
For somewhat similar reasons, I'm starting to sour on Rich, so I may not stick around.

I tried doing a few shorts a few weeks ago, to see what circulates, and came to realize that....
In order to gain any viral energy, you have to offer a bit of "red meat" to the many incels who drive these channels. It's probably a hard needle to thread while remaining genuine, but he seems ace at it. I have personally applied some of Rich's principles to my life, and they've had measurable effects.

I was drawn here for the same reasons, but I've heard Rich repeatedly say things that are flip, factually questionable, and in one case, wrong-headed. The only thing I would say to you is that it's fine to admire someone who has helped you, but for goodness sake, don't be a fawning fanboy. Always be skeptical of and think critically about everything you hear or read. It's important to be fair and credit people where credit is due, but it's also important to point out flaws. What I see in this arena is a bunch of goofs who probably aren't that bright just mindlessly parroting whatever their guru says. The guru's slogans become their slogans. The guru's opinions become their opinions. I don't have any patience or respect for that and I think it's characteristic of a Deltas and Omegas. You don't strike me as that sort, so just be mindful to think for yourself.
So, I listened very close to what they want, trying to actually understand their answers. I got confused and that's it.
Christ interviewing these women is painful. They are clearly in denial about finding a man that will be financially secure. It's almost like it's a taboo subject for them. When you ask what they want they give weak answers then flip their minds after a 2 minute chat.

When a 5 1/2 leads off the video with “I’m too picky” basically looking for 9-10’s. I found your problem. Then the next one a solid 5 “I have a laundry list” then “must be 6’ or over”…this obsession with height is so odd, being tall has nothing to do with being dominant, alpha, or built and attractive. Rich leans into height a lot because he’s tall…but has no hair and obviously never brings that up. Alpha also has nothing to do with finances…if you’re leaning into I have money, you’re a simp period. Alpha is being a bad dude, being sexually attractive, and having charisma-the rest is Rich reaching for straws. Leaning into money means “I’m beta bucks” and leading with “I’m 6 ft” usually means I’m not built and don’t have an attractive face so I’ll lean into height.

I understand that, in all these interviews with women, it is necessary for the host (interviewer) to first "play along" and "humor her" when asking, e.g., for her "list of req. attributes," etc. To not *immediately* begin expressing skepticism. But at some point, I would like to have had Rich finally come out and reveal the illogic and/or delusion of her thinking. I would have liked him to expose the self-contradictory nature of her "requirements." Did that maybe come later?
That's the job of an interview.
Actually, I think he gets more with honey than vinegar. If he jumped down their throats they would shut down. Other podcast hosts do that and I think it's counterproductive. Plus hopefully these women will look at themselves more when not being openly judged and question their own behavior. I think he is being pretty supportive and caring with these women.

i think rich is doing better in showing girls who men would consider more normal and average. FnF women are seen as the young club girls, bimbos, whatever you want to call them. so when rich talks to these "normal" women it shows you how even they are delusional. so i would say it does have some value, although i am never able to make it through a whole clip of this, let alone an entire show of it.

Rich has a track record of shitting on the "man-o-swamp" and then turning around and do the things he mocked people for doing. That irritates me, and I seem to be the only person who either notices or cares enough to call it out. Not to mention that the "ladies night" podcasts are essentially the red-pilled version of the Dr. Phil Show.
