I totally agree that some jobs a particular gender can't do. I have found that male cleaners are usually not as perfectionist as women cleaners. I can't comment on whether male and female engineers are equal in their perfection of the field.

She feels and thinks there is inequality,she thinks men get paid more than women while doing the exact same job which is illegal..and if it was the case employers would have an only woman work force because it's a cheaper wage bill...women choose their careers and have been for decades..Jordan can quote studies,has empirical evidence to back up his statements...not just his feelings.
