    Was able to drop my stirrups two holes in a matter of weeks because of these stretches. I used to get really tight and painful hips after riding sitting trot on one of my trainer's big warmbloods and these stretches have helped that problem, too.

    Fantastic resources provided, thankyou, Nicola. I happened upon yr site whilst googling looking towards starting competing dressage, & learning the arena set up! But recently whilst training my horses I've been thinking alot about tension in my hip flexors & the struggle I have in trying to achieve correct alignment, always trying to work my legs back. Great demo of perfectly relevant exercises. You look beautifully flexible & svelte! Look foward to following more 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🐎💐🙏

    OMG that hurts. I am extremely tight in my muscles and tried doing these exercises. I stopped after the first one because it hurt too much. The pain won't stop me and I will continue to do more each day. I love your exercises, I took your first dressage fitness course and always look forward to your emails. BTW: because I'm so tight in my muscles , I squeeze my knees, lose my stirrups and point my toes out. .

    Omg! I didn't know I was so tight threw my calf and thigh on the last strech I was a good 3 inches away from my toe and it still hurt really bad!
