Brilliant teaching, verbal and visual.
Thank you😊
Very good video. What might add is where to carry the weight/how to tone the thighs and open hips - too many instructors say heels down rather than open your hips which automatically then puts tone in the thighs as you demonstrate so well here.
Yes exactly. Thank you!
Valuable information
This will help me a lot thank you so much for the video.
You're welcome😊
Really clear & useful teaching. Thank you. Your content has helped me so much.
Thank you, I'm so happy to hear that🙏
That’s really good 👍 I’ve been told before to put more weight into the stirrups so that wud prob push me up…. Do u keep more weight on yr thighs or seat when riding instead of into stirrups then? Great vid
Yes, keep more weight on your thighs but of course not gripping the saddle. It's actually a good exercise to practice rising trot without stirrups👍
I have been struggling with that the supple leg should be for years, this was an amazing explanation
Thank you🥰
Thank you very much.
Thank you😊
What size must have the ball?
The usual sizes are 55 cm, 65 cm and 75cm. The ball I have is 65cm if I remember correctly, and I'm 167cm tall. So if you're very tall then probably the bigger ball and if shorter then the smaller one, for most people I think the medium size works quite well😊
