  • This movie is two parts. The first part of the movie is our last trip to Hut Lake, Squamish. The second part is our trip to Eagle Mountain and Furry Creek FSR. Thanks to my friend Pat who was filming me when I was driving.
    This area had a couple of water falls, lots of big rocks and snow. I spotted some very rare SNOW JEEPS high up on the mountains crouching over snowy rocks. It was a good opportunity to film them :)

    Those are called Limb-Riserz. They push away the limbs from trees to protect paint.

    The best off road video ever, wish we had snow trails like this in the UK, so snow for that matter !

    Thanks! I make these videos because I just like making them. Jeeps and making videos are my 2 favorite things. This way two hobbies are together :)

    Thanks! Those are Trail-skinz. They are magnetic. I put them on when I go in the bush and take them off in the city. They protect the paint from pin stripping.

    Thanks! I am getting ready for some snow wheeling. The season is almost here...

    Hi Mat, they are called limb risers. They push the branches and limbs from the trees over top. They protect the hood and the side of the jeep from trees. I hope this answers your question...

    JKU's have advantages to. It depends on the terrain ! Sometimes the 2 door fails because of its shorter wheel base ! Happy wheelin' !

    • @TheLittlered1961
      @TheLittlered1961 6 років тому

      Thecherokee, Please, you have to be kidding me. A short wheelbase is a plus. Tighter turning circle, less likely to high center and less weight. Guessing by your name you have a Cherokee. They only one foot longer than my YJ. You have more cargo space and I have a longer hood. Happy wheeling.

    Red cherokee is in the shop getting new modifications. It is going to be crazy. I think 44" tires is in the future for red cherokee :)

  • @likes2jeep
    @likes2jeep  11 років тому

    I agree. At certain angles 4drs are better. Its not the size but it is how you use it :) I bought 4dr because of family trips and camping trips. But i would want a strictly trail rig, I would probably go with 2dr...

    Hey guys, I have only one question.. I noticed there are a few jeeps with "guide lines" like things attached to the top of the cab and going down to the near edge of the hood. What are those for? is there a use for those or is it just to make it look fancy?
