That’s the only way they were gonna block him! I’m glad RC and Fred Smoot and London Fletcher- guys that played with ST still bring him up and make sure everyone remembers the half man half beat that was the MEAST, Sean Taylor
Ryan Clark has two of the best highlights ever. One is this one being the person getting embarrassed and then there is the 2008 season ACF championship game against Baltimore when he rocked McGahee.
No wonder he use to hit so dam hard! Look at who he was back there with.. after watching Sean T then came to Troy he had to bring it every game.. S/O to Ryan very underrated frfr🔥🔥🔥
@@jeremybrown9611 it is both of those also. But he puts a twist on the stiff arm. Notice how he jumps as he throws that stiff arm and kinda pushes himself away while in the air? Such a nasty move. This highlight isn’t the best example but you get the gist of it.
I'm a big a Steeler fan as any. So when the Steelers announced they signed RC, the only thing I remember was that play. Oh, we signed that guy😮. I lived in DC so we saw that a LOT. 2 years later that guy and Troy, you know the rest....😂
The GOAT athlete from my hometown of Waco, TX. University HS is where he played. They were our district rivals at the time (1996-1999). I’m telling you we all knew he was very talented athlete. And what he went on to do was both expected but mind blowing at same time. (He also played basketball and that’s where I got to actually play against LT, the future RB that would change how the RB position could be turned into Do-it-all weapon on both the college and pro levels) One of the top 5 best ever. And, can honestly say he is a very nice and humble gentleman. He was back then and still is.
Sean Taylor, to the day, one of my favorite players to ever watch. Ryan Clark held his own and probably hit harder than the 2 Hall of Fame caliber safeties… Troy Polamalu & Sean Taylor.
Damn realizing Ryan Clark played with polamalu and Sean Taylor 🤯
Right. A perspective that suddenly means more instantly.
Y’all 12?
Right bro was being carried his whole career 😂

RIP Sean Taylor tho
The goat at that position hit the hardest I seen
@@javonright8378 Very true he was 6'3 240lbs covered and ran as fast as a corner but hit like a linebacker would have been the best safety ever imo
He was a mini Mac truck waiting to impact
Sean Taylor was Superman out there for real.

Everybody talks about Barry Sanders....Eric Dickerson....Emmitt Smith....but LT was AN ABSOLUTE BEAST = HALL OF FAMER FOR A REAL REASON 🎉
🐐
Agreed he's an S-Tier RB
4-5 yrs best running back in the league
LT could do it all
For years he was the best in the league. They had an amazing team, Gates one of the best too.
LT with the visor and powder blues crossing the goal line is so nostalgic for me. Loved watching him play.
As an Eagles fan, those powder blues were some tuff unis🩵💛⚡
High stepping with one hand behind his head
He made those powder blues
Ryan like “Damn Sean get him!” 😂
Marshall Faulk and Ladanian Tomlinson were my favorite players growing up.
Both are in my personal top Five
This exchange says so much about LT and the respect that folks have for Ryan.
Sean Taylor was gettin held right behind him that’s where he was 😭😭😭😭😭😭
Ryan Clark is a dingleberry on ESPN but he was an undersized hard hitting safety in the era before the NFL went soft. Pretty impressive
I promise.
The guests are always so humble when this type thing comes up
Sean T. Was being held Ryan. R.I.P Sean Taylor
Big facts
Fr fr 💯
That’s the only way they were gonna block him! I’m glad RC and Fred Smoot and London Fletcher- guys that played with ST still bring him up and make sure everyone remembers the half man half beat that was the MEAST, Sean Taylor
Scraping hall of famers of his shoes LT was the man in those days
Ryan Clark has two of the best highlights ever. One is this one being the person getting embarrassed and then there is the 2008 season ACF championship game against Baltimore when he rocked McGahee.
Don't forget about Wes Walker
Somebody get Cam and Mase on the line. "You came too fast" is crazy work 😂😂😂
My favorite player. The reason im a chargers fan. 21 all day
Same. The whole LT era got me good 😂😂😂
No wonder he use to hit so dam hard! Look at who he was back there with.. after watching Sean T then came to Troy he had to bring it every game.. S/O to Ryan very underrated frfr🔥🔥🔥
Fred face when LT said he was jump cutting at the same time 😂
Fred definitely king of the jump cut
Sean Taylor is being held in the background!!! RIP 21!!!
As a redskins commanders fan I never forgave Ryan Clark for this play then again plays like this is why LT is in the HOF🏈💯

Ladainian was SPECIAL . So dope to watch. And a class act, one of the GREATEST EVER
Top-5 greatest RBs ever!
I had LT franchised and he led my fantasy football teams to many championships back in his day.
LT took over games in an instant and was dangerous on every level
Yup tell that to the raiders. He would always torch them for 3-4 tds running those off tackle plays.
The fact that LT didn’t even realize that was the same guy is hilarious to me lol
I miss watching that man run so badly.
LT21 has the most beautiful running style in the history of the NFL. It's like he's gliding on the field. Love the way he runs the football.
Sweetness has that honor! Walter Payton ran so smooth they called him Sweetness.
U needa watch Arian foster run bro.
@@deeblake3160 I do. His runs is smooth. But for me personally , it's LT21.
LT was the best I ever watched with my own eyes. Speed, strength, had everything.
R.I.P to Sean T but my dude had a fight on his hands also 😂😂🙏🏾🙏🏾
I was like damn Sean back there fighting for his life 😂😂😂
Lord rest his soul but Sean T. Was getting took to the water cooler 😂😂😂
LT was a muthafuckin BEAST.. I know cuz he used to kill us twice a year.. #Flowers

Lt, was cutting mid air....damn

If you look close, Sean Taylor is being held but that was a helluva jump cut by LT. HTTR HTTC LHU.
Ryan Clark + Sean Taylor = Pain

Luv the humble convo respect among dawgs...
When we talk RB greats - this man a legit top 5 ever...
LT was so good
Awww this a great real convo that I believe needed to happen for Ryan Clark
He said he jump cut ! Bro!! Still running full speed. Great rbs are different
Love this. Remember watching this play live. So much humility shown between both men

Still normal to see a couple LT jerseys around San Diego, the powder blue ones are too clean 🔥🔥🔥
Honestly LT and Steve Smith made me love watching the NFL growing up. My two favorite football players of all time.
Bro was such a great back. Their peripheral vision and awareness is second to none cause they move in such small spaces. Goat RB of my childhood
LT is my all time favorite running back, an absolute BEAST in madden
R.i.P my favorite safety 😢Sean T!
The jump cut. I never had a name for it. What a great move.
I always called it a Stiff Arm or Juke

Ryan a real one tho
I remember in his prime, they did a special on LTs workout. That guy was really a monster.
Coming at LT at that angle was like asking for a stiff arm.His stiff arm was legendary. He was a weekly highlight reel.
The whole DC was hurting. Rest in Peace Sean Taylor 🙏🏽
Channing mimicking the missed tackle 😂 RC really was about that action make or miss. 💪🏾
The fact the give love Freddy T DDDDUUUVVVAAALLLL
Man it looked insane in real time 😂.
LT's quick cut + stiff arm combo was legendary. Made a lot of safeties look silly 😂
Yep. He got you. "Ah, you remember me? The guy on the other side of it..."
Sean T was being held like a MF on that play😂
Lt so humble
LT had the best touchdown celebration. Period. After barry sanders
Ryan the same guy who told Derrick Henry a few interviews ago that he wouldn’t be able to stiff arm him like he do everyone else.
Yeah, I remember this. I think the game went into overtime and LT won it 23-17 for The Chargers
That stiff arm was my screensaver for so long back in the day lol
Redskin fan here, I watch that game. LT went off
That same game Sean Taylor hit Lorenzo Neal so hard LT fumbled as a reaction to the collision
My favorite player of ALL TIME LT
LT the real goat an isn't talked about enough bruh
Long live the great Sean Taylor !
LT is a classy dude.
Best back in the league 2002 _2006!
