“WE OWN THIS DIVISION!!” What a way to open up the video 🔥
Those old Falcon uniforms are better than the ones they have currently
Way better. Their old throwbacks are also way better. Why nfl teams willingly make their uniforms much worse is so weird
The reason for that is because we are living in modern times right now where technology and simple non-creative modernism is killing sports and because they are progressing towards catering for the rich rather than making things enjoyful for the average consumer and it's always been that way since 2020.
And now with gen z players (born 1997-2012) in the league now, and barely any catchy name players making explosive dynamic plays that can truly entertain the masses without any use of these bs rules, the NFL is losing character that gives it that true NFL football experience while making millions each year. It's not even worth watching it if it's not hittin the same as it used to. Take a look at the cardinals for example. Recently this year they planned on having these villa type of modern "living room" sets called (casitas) where it gives you that feeling that you are watching the game at home but I'm pretty sure it would give you that generic experience rather than giving you the real experience to watch the game.
Boy hell no. The new jerseys that the Falcons have are way way better good looking. I take the new jerseys any day
@@Kings0424 Too much black and not enough red anymore.
Underrated rivalry
Saints and Falcons almost always seem to play tight games, especially during the Brees vs Ryan Era!
That was an epic game. Matty Ice vs. The Brees, two masters at their craft doing what they do best.
Chris Ivory was such a fun RB to watch with the Saints. Shame his style of play came with injuries, but him intentionally slowing down on the TD run just to stiff arm Robinson was perfect 😂😂
I collect saints cards, hes one of my fav to reminisce on. Dude was awesome i truly wish we could have used him more
I remember watching this game with my parents, who are die-hard Saints fans, Brees, and Colston, was such fun to watch. 😂
That TD run by Chris Ivory was nasty work 😂 split the defenders then switched the hall handling hand and laid a wicked stiff arm..
Wasn’t this the same year the Falcons blew a 17 point lead against the 49ers in the NFC Championship game?
Yep, same old Falcons 😂
@@kevinuchiha6830lol
Nobody talks about that surprisingly, only “28-3” gets the recognition of blown leads associated with the Falcons
Yes. This squad was arguably better than the 2016 team. I personally think they would have won the Super Bowl if they made it.
@@BoltPin_05 Surprisingly? How is it surprising that 28-3 gets more recognition?
2012 was such an anamoly year for the saints I couldn’t believe we had lost to the chiefs that year i believe we were their only win lol it was so embarrassing to me cause their offense only relied on jamaal charles which he went off on us cause we had the worst ranked defense 😂
Well believe it or not tho, but we had actually led 24-6 at one point late in the 3RD quarter! 🙃😬🤧 Which had then given them their 1 of only 2 wins ALL season...🤦♂️🙄😂
Saints vs Falcons Brees vs Ryan games were always 🔥
I do miss this area of the NFL
I Remember Watching That Game Like It Was Yesterday NFL Throwback
Falcons/Saints never fails to bring the drama, huh?
They NEED to bring back that epic intro
0:05 Best Line Ever
Atlanta Falcons Was Member NFC West Division From 1970 To 1993 And New Orleans Saints Was Member NFC West Division From 1970 To 1993 Thanks For Uploading

Another good one, competitive game.
Awesome video
Hell of a game watching the NFC south duel it out
The bounty gate year lmfao
Nope try again
@@Mr.Bryce504 technically hes right the league didnt do anything until 2012 to start suspending coaches and players
@@saulsantos3653 I get it.. I’m mad because I never hear about all the gates the Patriots have but they love bringing up bounty gate like we invented it
@@saulsantos3653Yep, The Bountygate really lived from 2010-2012 technically
We run this division
The Saints Finished the Season at: 7-9.
0:01 "WE OWN THIS DIVISION!!" why are you (3-5) then 💀
1.2012 falcons
2.2016 falcons
3.1998 falcons
I miss MR
Brees hyped that he owned a division of nobodys for years😂 Thats why his stats are all that high
lol all of them made a Super Bowl appearance.

Cam Newton Panthers in 2015 and Falcons 28-3 in 2016
@@youreokayboah2128 bucs in 2020 or you forgot. The point is he saying he played nobody’s which is crazy cam was an mvp. Matt was an mvp. Tom is the goat.
IMHO, it wasn’t lack of talent that caused the 2012 Saints to miss the playoffs, but rather the consequences of Bountygate catching up to them.
I feel like that was very obvious at the time. Sean Payton being suspended the whole season hurt a lot and our interim head coach was suspended the first half of the season too, so we were really on our 3rd HC. And our DC Gregg Williams was suspended from the league indefinitely for good reason too. Overcoming that much of a coaching change throughout the season can be tough. We started 0-4, then caught a little bit of a groove and at one point were 5-5. But at the end of the day, the biggest thing that got in our way was the worst defense of all time up to that point. Our defense was awful that year
@@ian7487 even with a bad defense, had all the other pieces been in place I still think the Saints would’ve at least been a wildcard team that year. IMHO, Minnesota got lucky that year, since I think there were better NFC teams that year that had hiccups.
@@angelenriqu1 yeah but at the same time it was awesome to see prime MVP Adrian Peterson carry his team to the playoffs almost breaking Eric Dickerson’s single season rushing record a year after he tore his ACL
@@angelenriqu1They wasn't better than the falcons, niners, and Seahawks that year but every other nfc team was up for grabs
@@Datfalconfan Agreed! Though I think they were better than the Vikings IMO.
