It is good that you noticed his responses at 6 months...pl find out the objects/ rattles/ musical toys with lights etc in which he takes some interest...using those at start will get his attention. See his responses to touch, note about excessive crying, bowel movements, hunger need etc...in case of something odd do consult some good paediatrician ...consistency of efforts for activating his senses, at this age will help him. In case of multiple issues the teaching and learning gets more challenging and gradual but consistent efforts definitely help. Basic method of teaching remains same with more help through tactile, auditory and sense of smell. Pl use these senses to teach.

Pl note the environments/ events when he gets hyperactive, physically control it there and give him drills for doing the things slowly there. A consistent effort helps, it will decrease gradually, In shaa Allah.

Ashhad King Autistic features/ symptoms remains same in mild autism as well but the severity level is less..thus making things comparatively easier to work on those weaknesses. What specific you want to know?
Sir,it's not possible for parents to give 24 hours attentions to child, need to know k at time jb parents bachai ko direct attention na dai pahai so bachai ko kin activities Mai involved kerhai Jo us k lihain beneficial hn. Generally jb bachai ko akela chortay hai to wo repetitive activities Mai involved hojata hai.
Fully agreed that a child can't be supervised for 24 hours...whenever the child gets opportunity will definitely get into repetitive behaviours, in-attention, lack of processing, imaginations etc ... so the advisable approach is not to give prolonged span to the child to practice and strengthen these features. Give him 15-20 minutes in every hour and whenever possible increase the time. In this time teach him in focused way how to play, don't allow him to repeat, work on his attention, processing .... all pre learning skills. In other minutes of that hour, involve him for few minutes. He may get chance for his odd behaviours in other minutes. Once these efforts are done consistently for a prolonged period, the child learns play skills and gradually plays appropriately in leisure / unsupervised timings as well. A helpful tip to it is that involve him in all daily chores of your home routine i.e. cooking, washing, arranging things, sweeping, etc... he will learn many things in a natural way... definitely it will be difficult at initial stage but will be easier gradually.

If autistic child have no vision how to teach them
In case of multiple issues the teaching and learning gets more challenging and gradual but consistent efforts definitely help. Basic method of teaching remains same with more help through tactile, auditory and sense of smell. Pl use these senses to teach.

Sir my son has autism. He eats every kind of food never makes mess for that. Can tolerate any fabric. He gives response to his name after 4n5 call, shis hyperactivity is going to increase even he is not getting any junk food and sugar etc.
Kanwal Mubashir Repetitiveness pushes a child to repeat any learnt pattern for doing anything. Pl note the environments/ events when he gets hyperactive, physically control it there and give him drills for doing the things slowly there. A consistent effort helps, it will decrease gradually, In shaa Allah.

My child is 9 years old.Before some years we took him to doctor...and he digonised minor symptoms for autism,but we weren't able to give him therepy so we tried in home only ..but we are not able to treat him nicely bacause of no advice.He study in class 2.And he has difficulty in learning.He is not able to adjust in school and in home he doesn't like to talk to us ,he only ans what we ask ..and he don't want and like to talk to us or anyone else.He is repeatative also.He speaks cartoon story alone everytime.what can we do......??

Sir thank u very much sir kaash meine aapka video 4 saal pehle dekhna shuru kiya hota mera beta 6 yrs ka hai 3 yrs therapy karvaya par speech one apne wish pe bolta hai abnormal behaviours bahut kam ho gaya toilet training ho gaya naam pe respond karta hai saare commands without action follow karta hai identification behtar jo gaya pehle naye jagah nahi jaana pasand par ab kahin bhi le ja sakte hai in fact bahar jaana aur baahar kelna bahut pasand hai pehke akele rehta tha but abhi neighbour bacchon ko dekte hi bahar chala jaata hai easy to handle at any situation ho gaya hai kabhi bohut tired hone par thoda pareshan karta hai naye food taste karta hai khaana khud se khaata hai

Ashhad King Autistic features/ symptoms remains same in mild autism as well but the severity level is less..thus making things comparatively easier to work on those weaknesses. What specific you want to know?
Sir,it's not possible for parents to give 24 hours attentions to child, need to know k at time jb parents bachai ko direct attention na dai pahai so bachai ko kin activities Mai involved kerhai Jo us k lihain beneficial hn. Generally jb bachai ko akela chortay hai to wo repetitive activities Mai involved hojata hai.
Fully agreed that a child can't be supervised for 24 hours...whenever the child gets opportunity will definitely get into repetitive behaviours, in-attention, lack of processing, imaginations etc ... so the advisable approach is not to give prolonged span to the child to practice and strengthen these features. Give him 15-20 minutes in every hour and whenever possible increase the time. In this time teach him in focused way how to play, don't allow him to repeat, work on his attention, processing .... all pre learning skills. In other minutes of that hour, involve him for few minutes. He may get chance for his odd behaviours in other minutes. Once these efforts are done consistently for a prolonged period, the child learns play skills and gradually plays appropriately in leisure / unsupervised timings as well.
A helpful tip to it is that involve him in all daily chores of your home routine i.e. cooking, washing, arranging things, sweeping, etc... he will learn many things in a natural way... definitely it will be difficult at initial stage but will be easier gradually.
