Why Nobody Can Fix This New York Skyscraper

This is the One Seaport Tower, a luxury residences skyscraper that was meant to be a symbol of exclusivity and wealth. Now, it's an abandoned eyesore, a multi-million-dollar construction nightmare. With engineers scratching their heads, lawsuits and blame shifting and future residents turning away in disbelief.
How is it possible a state-of-the-art skyscraper mega project end up like this before it was even finished?

BS 3 inches of lean for such a building is absolutely nothing.

It is definitely livable with that lean, not so sure about all these millionaries trying to preseve the value of their asset! A Massive challenge for the developer.
