@@ctkwok73 Same here. I personally don't ask the count because I don't want others to get into a comparison mode. But it's growing very powerful. I do the practice without any cushion or support now, so my legs are finally beginning to accept the pain. Haha.
@@hemjoshitv8858 That's great. I'm also trying not to push for too many counts, as I'm still building up the pumping my diaphragm areas are often in some pain throughout the day. I find getting the correct constriction in the pit of the throat also very difficult, it was easy to get the throat to constrict but that's incorrect, but the muscles in the pit areas weren't controllable without trying for eons. It was really hard earned 😕
Namaskaram Anna, you did almost all programs at Isha, do you do all these practices like Bhutia Shirdi, surya kriya, yoga asanas, shambhavi and Shakti chalana kriya, Shoonya and so on? how much time all these practices every day? I just did inner engineering a week ago, looking farward other courses to do
@ please do video if possible on how hard it was to keep the practice going everyday and how did you overcome it, I hope it would be beneficial to those who just started like me, Pranam 🙏
@rangareddyhosuru8822 I did make a video on making time actually. And honestly it is not some kind of certificate for completing all programs. You should go at your pace and see how much time you can take out. I hope that helps 🙏
Thank you for sharing, always love hearing about your experience. After 1008 days have you noticed a 'permanent energy upgrade'? I've heard this few years ago in a long talk with Sadhguru but might be mistaken. Just curious, won't change anything to how I do SCK ❤
@@ecoconatus8089 Thank you! I don't know about the permanent energy change, what I do know is that, my breathing after the kriya is immensely powerful. And it stays throughout the whole day and sometimes even the next day after sleeping. Just exhalation in the right way alters so many things within me.
just initiated, this is my first day of Shoonya and Shakti Chalanda, look forward to follow your footprint of continuous doing these precious kriyas🙏🏽
@@schimthesinger419 glad to hear it
How are your kapalabathis? After 3 years for myself and countless self corrections its starting to grow powerfully, but it was difficult.

@@rangareddyhosuru8822 oh yes I don't skip my practices. It takes over 3 hours everyday
@ great, you are the true inspiration 🙏, you do all in one shot or you do some in the morning and some in the evening?
@rangareddyhosuru8822 depends on the schedule. Most of times I split it. Thanks Anna
