Hem, can you please address these questions about Shambhavi Mahamudra: 1. as you turn inward more and more, do you become more introvert? 2. If you're in a managerial position, does it make you too chill because nothings no longer bother you, which could be misconstrued as a nonchalant attitude. 3. How does turning inward change your relationship with friends and family? Thank you
@@tyty0071 These are my answers I have seen because of the practice. 1. No, not really I can be introvert or extravert, as it is needed in situations. 2. I actually care more and strive towards making things better. 3. It just improves the relationships. I'm more joyful, that's the best thing I can offer.
@@hemjoshitv8858 Looking back, what sort of preparations do you recommend people do before attending the 4 day session? I have heard some people say they were not physically ready to sit in certain postures for a long time?
Thank you, At the pre-meet few days ago I was pondering on how much was because I wish to Serve and how much was because of FOMO. Fear of missing something big while Sadhguru is still there. Maybe it's the last program, etc. Meditating on this question, I defenitly found a bit of fomo but your video dissolved most of it. Again, thank you Could you please share your experience of counting 24 mouthfuls if still doing this? Feeling a bit lost with soups and kanjis with lots of water
@@ecoconatus8089 absolutely, I'm glad I could help throw some light. For 24 mouthfuls, they are normal sized mouthfuls. And to be honest, if you're drinking then just simply feel your stomach bag. Once you feel it is starting to weigh, then it is time to stop. For myself, I'm anywhere between 20-24 mouthfuls daily right now. If there's heavy liquids in the food, or water then naturally within 15-17 mouthfuls I will feel full. As you practice this slowly, you will start noticing how full you feel, with different types of foods and drinks. I hope that helps 🙏🙏

@tyty0071 Try Isha kriya. That was my preparation. I didn't know anything else but just Isha kriya. That itself is great preparation.
Thank you,
