Basically, the members' view from the stage is the best view, and the fans' smiles make them happy. A thank you to the fans from the band. Nice reaction.
It's also my fave of the love letter songs to the fans. And "Endless Story" at Yokohama is a real choker.🥲
I loved their music from the first two songs I heard on YT. But this one and About Us raised them to a level I've never experienced from any band. These ladies have a place in my heart forever.

I love this version of the song so much- It's the right one. The bonus track on the On Line Akuji, Feb 11(my birthday) 2021. Just beauty and genius in a song. Yes, Saiki- say no more.
That heart shaped sound hole on Miku's guitar is so neat.
A song from our MAIDs to the fans ... about what they see from the view of the stage. Originally released as a studio track, the B side of puzzle. Most however agree the preferred version is the acoustic with the beautiful, heart-felt, soaring Saiki vocals :) .

Hello, Sofi-san. Thank you for always taking up Band-Maid. This Smile (Acoustic Version) is a live performance without an audience held during the pandemic in 2021. Band-Maid's Acoustic Version is held every year separately from the live performance, and it is a very beautiful performance. In normal live performances, Kanami is shy and doesn't sing much, but in Acoustic, she smiles and sings next to Saiki. There are no subtitles for this version, but you can find them online. At this time, the composition was not yet by Kanami, but by Kentaro Akutsu, but it is a beautiful melody. The lyrics are, of course, my only Miku❤
"Smile" is a wonderful song. The music was written by long time collaborator Akutsu Kentaro who the Maids respect very much.🤗

Hi Sofi, it's good seeing you again. I hope you are feeling better. "Smile" always makes me do that. I just told someone today that Band-Maid provides fabric to your life and soul. If you stop to think of how each of their songs affects your emotions and your mood for the day. I'm SO GLAD I have Band-Maid in my life. At my age, anything by them lifts my ancient spirits so much. I hope they do the same for you.

Acoustic just means they're not plugged in. Misa is actually using her electric bass on this but everybody else is using an acoustic instrument. I ❤️ this song.

'Acoustic Version' just means they are sitting down ;) hehe
The guitars, except for Misa's bass are acoustic, and Akane is playing a muted version of her drums.
I guess this could be considered semi-acoustic since MISA is playing an electric bass, but no one is that pedantic, even me. Mincho and Kobato playing their acoustics is good enough for me.
