I live right down the street from that place it's been awhile since I've been there but they used to have a life-size silver surfer staring at you as you walked in the front door.
Really close-ish to Davey’s Toys as well. Worth a stop! Killer stuff. Completely fair prices. ACME blew my wife and I away the first time we went there. Great vid!
I lived very close to this store and visited often when they only had 2 of the shops in that center. After a roommate showed me his MIB Optimus Prime. He told me about Acme. I have been collecting for 20 plus years now. This is where it started
That monorail toy is awesome. It was the old one without the opening doors and roof hatches to put characters in. I have an old Monorail Red but not Blue.
Hey brother, if you’re ever in Acme again, let me know? I live a mile from there and very proud of that store in our city. Class summer, annoyingly, humongous collector!
One of my favorite shops to just explore and ACME has been around since I was a little kid in the 80's as my local shop. Soooooo many things to check out.
Bro, this store is like right around the corner from my house. I go there on a regular basis for my comics issues and for the Transformers collection they have there. You didn’t show case their huge Transformers collection!!! Anyway, that store is awesome! There’s also a life-size chrome, plated silver surfer there as well; board and all. The last event that I was there for was free comic book Day, and they had additional 50 to 60% off prop replicas as well that day. Well if y’all pass by the store, stop in and visit.
Thanks for sharing Micah! The place looks amazing, I reckon I would end up buying some the old school Turtle figures and possibly some of the old wrestling figures
I don’t know if you know this already Elena, but you can actually rent out their back room for birthday parties. I think the limit is like 35 or 40 guests, but the hall is pretty nice, they have D.J. equipment and video screens available…
Wow Micah, thanks for this video, i just called ACME and bought that May The 4th pin I did'nt own. They're holding it for me to pick up. 🙂 That case had several pins I already own, including RunDisney pins I bought at the expo back when I ran the Star Wars Half Marathon weekends. Interesting to see items collect over the years, especially in the Star Wars section but I never paid attention to the pins before. This store also offers the largest selection of titles on Free Comic Book Day each year, with per person limit (it helps to bring a non-collecting friend LOL).
Awesome.... my inner kid can barely contain himself..... had all that stuff .... had the Ghostbusters firehouse and car.... it was so much fun pulling the car into the house....I would buy it all....how has mike been.... haven't seen him in awhile.... I think yall when there once before....thanks for sharing... take care..... have a great day.....thanks.....👍👍👍👍👍
My brother found spiderman torment number one for 20 bucks but all comics were 20%off so he payed like fifteen bc they made a mistake and he was so stoked
I don't understand the infatuation with wrestling among grown men. I LOVED wrestling growing up as a child, but ONCE I found it was staged I never watched again. I moved on to real combat sports and never looked back. I really don't understand grown men and women today being infatuated with wrestling. It's the dumbest thing in the world to me. I just don't get it.
You must be fun at parties. Wrestling is great. It’s a drama with superheroes. And you can go see it live. People who don’t like wrestling are the worst.
I live close to acme superstore! I only go there for the events. Who goes to acme superstore and how many people live near it?
Hell yeah dude I’ve never been to an event but hopefully one day I’ll drop by
@@worldofmicah I might visit for an event if they host anything in the next few months!
I've gone several times over the years, I used to go once a year on May Free Comic Book Day. It's cool to see the items update over the years.
@@alienlizzie1 awesomeness! Something tells me you go to conventions a lot.
You go to these toy stores and it’s like walking into a museum and you forget there actually selling stuff

Live around there but never once went in always been wanting to go at some point

They use to be cheaper and they lowball the soul out of you if you try selling your comics/collectibles to them but it's still a fun store to browse!
I know that sun bleached sign anywhere! I used to live nearby, that place was great!
Been coming here since I was like 7
This store is awesome!

It's a nerdgasm overload!!!!! Full day trip!
Turtles were my thing growing up. This video also brings back that nostalgic feeling for other stuff. I feel like we would get along in real life.
I seen a lot of uploads for this store always wanted to go ! I love everything comics and collectable! So it's my store !
I've been there a few times. I bought a Sideshow Boushh and a Jigabachi model from them.

They said it was a mistake and they have a store policy that any price mistakes they make they have to give it to you at the price you found it at
I dont shop there anymore too expensive. I can get cheaper stuff at other places
Well I’ll be
Oh man did you happen to see what the bebop and rocksteady in box were going for?

Think of it like this…
Do you like any movies or TV shows? If you do, that’s why we’re fans. It’s an art form. It’s entertainment. That’s all.
It hasn't been good in since the early 2000s anyway.
You must be fun at parties. Wrestling is great. It’s a drama with superheroes. And you can go see it live. People who don’t like wrestling are the worst.
