Destroy All Humans! is an upcoming open world action-adventure video game being developed by Black Forest Games and to be published by THQ Nordic. It is a remake of Destroy All Humans! (2005), and will be the reboot/fifth installment in the Destroy All Humans! franchise. The game is played from a third-person perspective. The player controls Crypto-137 an alien who arrives on Earth in 1950's America. The cult-classic returns!

Lynn McNeely probably scared that the alien would win. As far as he could tell, he stands a better chance in a massive mech suit than in hand to hand combat.

It is weird having Zim give orders and them actually being carried out. I don't think I'll ever get over that when I buy this game.
To be fair, it is Zim with a british Accent, which increases his effectiveness by at least 75%.
max larsen Yep. Wanna make a villain menacing? Give them a British accent. Proof? See Grand Moff Tarkin in Episode IV: Queen’s English accent makes him threatening even with only like four lines in the whole movie.

The year is 1959. Technically, speaking America was still using the M1 Granad until the end of the Vietnam War.
And the "technically" means that it was given to rear line troops, and support troops. Note: America give way over a million M1's to her Allies like West Germany, Britain, South Korea, South Vietnam, and eta. (If Wikipedia is right. America made over 5 million M1 Granads. Which is way, you see them in game)

To think abount it, their basic concept are quite similiar.

I like the attention to detail though, because in the original game you had to holobob a navy Admiral to get into armquist's meeting, yet he kept calling crypto general, so this time you're actually disguised as a general, not an admiral.
Also the fact there isn't an extra army general for no reason whatsoever, because that made it really confusing, wasn't sure why he existed if Armquist was already the general of the army.
And how if you don't convince the navy and air force guys to walk out; they just stand there while Armquist escapes, they're not automatically out of the room.
Wow. Reading that made me think this is the best recent remake or remaster or whatever. Most if then just update the graphics and that's it, but they cut some parts out to make the game better. Nice.
@@magicmanscott40k true, I mean they also cut out some things from the original that I liked, and I miss, and added some things that were great, but I am glad that it isn't just basically the same exact game with different graphics.

Its a over exaggerated take on the mentality at the time. Heck most of the Officer Corps After WW2 leading up to Vietnam was a declining shit show and politicians made it worse with the stupid rules and restrictions they implemented at the time. Especially early on when they wouldn't even want our boys to engage S.A.M sites until they were firing at us killing our boys.

I’m surprised that no one else uses the roof of the meeting place to their advantage when fighting Armquist. That’s what I did. It helps me because Armquist shoots the building instead of me while I shoot him with the destructor ray (orange gun) and the ion detonator (black gun)

Okay I remember where he says mentioned instead of told you my name did they re-record some of the dialogue or was this all from the original game
It's all from the original game, although I do know there was some unused stuff they put in this game that was cut from the original.
There's some new dialogue, but the main story dialogue is the same as it originally was.

I think the twist that Silhouette was a woman is undercut by the even better twist that Silhouette was Asajj Ventress.

Armquest decking Crypto is about as 'Murican as it gets.
Also, they cut a line, Crypto gets a few (bad) shots off at Armquest, who says he shoots like a girl, _then_ punches him and books it out.
Prolly wasn't considered PC.
It's actually stupidly easy to defeat Robo-Prez in the remake since they added the ability to repulse his homing missiles that originally added a level of difficulty to the fight. With a fully upgraded Repulse-o-Tron, you can just literally hover in front of him and throw his missiles back at him (but make sure to avoid his laser beam)

Uh,they have.The shield is Crypto and the Sapceships hp.If you ran out of hp,any more damage you take will be fatal as there won't be a automatic shield blocking it.
