Your helped me alot! I'm not a big fan of oysters. I will have to go to a place where they cook them really good. But I have been eating eggs with avocados, avocados with fruit and beef strips but with no seasoning and shrimps . I'm working hard on eating healthy I have hyperthyroidism and I'm currently taking medication for it. I don't really want to rush into doing radioiodine treatment or a thyroidectomy. I have nodules on my thyroid but they're not cancerous and they're not fluid-filled thank God. I have to get it checked every 3 to 6 months. So I know I need to do better with my eating so I have to cut out fast food and all those other things which is hard to do when your whole life you've eaten nothing but bad food. And when you told me bananas and apples and stuff like that their fruits but they're not good for the human body it really took me aback because the internet lies to you about what's good and healthy food and what's not. I'm just taking everything slowly and I do eat peanut butter

You are the reason I chose to go Carnivore. Neisha was the reason to feel comfortable getting off my thyroid meds. I started Keto about 3 years ago for weight loss. I lost 30 lbs and the first thing I noticed was my weight and size pants were not the same as they had been before at the same weight. Seems I had a lot of inflammation! With Keto, I am almost 4 sizes down. NO INFLAMMATION. I also noticed my TONS OF ENERGY. An energy I had never experienced but I was still having other symptoms from my hypothyroidism. I was not really listening to you yet however. THEN, I was diagnosed with neuropathy about 2 years ago, by phone during Covid, and was immediately told to take medications. Since I had a really bad experience with my thyroid symptoms, good lab results (cough cough wink wink) several years ago with my PCP and endo drs, I LOST TOTAL TRUST in my drs and I found myself having to fend for my own health. I never looked to Keto for my symptoms, but will say, it convinced me of this; something about Keto worked. All I knew, was low carb diet worked. Moving forward, I UA-camd neuropathy under the other dr and you came up on my algorithm. The other dr recommended the Keto diet, his vitamins and other stuff and I chose to continue to do Keto but then I started to listen to you more. After some time of listening to you and doing my own research, I finally said what the heck, what do I have to lose, and on one of your videos you said Keto snacks and dessert isn't Keto and I said what lol and chose to go carnivore 4 months ago and that's when my life changed. I started to listen you your videos on veggies, why they are toxic, fruit was bad for you and why, nuts, oils, I mean I was in total shock! I became WOKE lol and mad at the same time. Long story short, just a few weeks in, my body aches from my hypothyroidism started to dissipate, my neuropathy was getting better, I was starting to heal from my severe stomach ulcers, IBS, bloating, gastritis, etc etc etc. and I became a believer. Currently as of today, no thyroid meds, neuropathy under control, no Pepcid or Pepto which I used to take almost daily, no cold feet, no cold hands, no waking up feeling sick as if I had cold due to my hypo, skin is looking better, NO HAIR LOSS (I was losing tons of hair, thinning) and no menstrual cramps at all during my cycle. Odd but that is happening. I don't push it on my husband and children but they are slowly changing their WOE. Even my mother who is 85 on loads of meds, is starting to believe. I am 49 yrs old and feel better than when I was 20. Carnivore and fasting like you recommended with coffee and butter in the a.m. is my WOE and it has changed my life. I trust you more than any of my doctors and am so thankful for you and Neisha. Ty ty for all you do and keep it up. You are helping us get back to our healthier version of us as it should always have been but then greedy corp came in. PS All my labs are normal. ALL!

I used to weigh 532 lbs. At age 32 I went into the hospital for lung failure because my body couldn’t handle a common cold. Through intermittent fasting and keto and the power of changing my mindset, I am 36 and my weight as of today is 342. My lung capacity has gone from 64% to 98%. It has literally saved my life. My next step is to start alternate day fasting and being strict BBB&E.

What a great presentation by Dr. Berry! I've found the doctor and Neisha, about 4 years ago. I started Keto, but still felt sick with my IBS. Then when I started hearing about carnivore, I tried it and I feel great! No more IBS, no more arthritis, no more cravings! This is my proper human diet!

I’m a 67yo woman who 3 years ago was considered overweight. I started a keto lifestyle to reduce inflammation evidenced as osteoarthritis. My osteo has stabilized, I’m a normal weight, my HA1C is 5.5, and I had a Zero CAC scan. My cholesterol is high (just under 300) but my ratios are good. I refused statins at my last exam with confidence.

Go home and start smoking, grilling or Instant Potting and we're in business....so full so satisfied and so healthy! YUM! And no more rotting veggies in my frig. Just aging meat! Gotta love it!

I'm 67 and have zero health issues and zero aches and pains, also no meds at all. I'm 100% carnivore. was Keto for 4 years and switched to carnivore a year ago. Dr Berry was the first doctor I listened to in 2018. I was pre diabetic and metabolically unhealthy. I succeeded in getting off my meds and lost weight. I also coached many overweight/unhealthy friends to get healthy. I stopped following his advice and here I am 2022 and horribly overweight and metabolically a nightmare. How can I preach to my friends and know this advice...but cant follow it. I am going to try again.

The medical community just about killed my sister by adding more and more medications, each new medication to counteract the side effects of the previous medication. No one cared or even looked! Yes, i started carnivore about 5 weeks ago...
I was in so much pain...
(Daughter tried keto a while ago, and i thought about it, then she went carnivore because of her IBS etc... i guess she influenced me somewhat...?)
Don't need to eat steaks forever...
3 weeks later pain gone and i have lost the water retention (about 2-3 kgs) within 2-3 days...caused by inflammation! So, lost weight and my joints are thankful...
    Been following Ken Berry's videos!

    For those with GERD questions,
Pre Keto I took Melatonin 3 mg for sleep, when I looked back I realized my symptoms went from 1 time a week to once in six months. I later learned that melatonin relaxes the upper valve of the stomach, keeping it closed, helping the symptoms. Note more is not better. Now on Keto 2 years, I still take it for sleep and rarely get symptoms.

As usual Dr. Berry, your talks are amazing. I really appreciate the information you bring - it's truthful and honest. Dr. Berry, I transitioned into a Carnivore way of eating for a year now (keto for a few months before that) I've experimented on myself by eating as much as I can (on carnivore) and I do NOT gain weight and I am a person who, in the past, If I ate a couple of slices of plain bread, i't gain 5 lbs almost overnight. - but on carnivore, i either stay the same - or lose. I'm about 5 lbs from my final goal weight and so excited about this way of life. Thank you!

🏆Excellent!!! Loved all you had to say and share. 44 days now Keto-Carnivore sold me by you an Neisha's channel's. Wasn't looking for a diet, when stumble onto y'alls channel(s) but was sold on your 90 day challenge decided to give it a try. First week I knew I was onto something really right for me. Usually 20 carbs max a day after first couple of weeks and have eaten all I wanted daily and it just keeps getting better. Glad I watched this video tonight. Neisha was right, you were good at this Salt Lake conference thing. Loved it.(this video)👍

My mother gas been T2D for decades but well controlled. 9 months ago, her A1C had creeped up to 8.0. She started eating low carb, and reduced her A1C to 6.0. Today, her doctor told her that 6.0 was too low that she liked to keep her patients around 6.4. She did however, reduce my mom's meds.

Why would she want to keep your mom pre-diabetic? That's insane. I think your mother should find another doctor, or at the very least ignore this piece of advice. Anything about 5.6 is prediabetic and not a healthy range.

Dr’s keep people sick because it keeps them rich. They are also afraid of being sued if someone like your mom( a diabetic for years) has a hypoglycemic episode. Just by checking her blood glucose regularly she can keep this from happening.

@@HappilyCarnivore MDs are indoctrinated to fear hypoglycemia, while it could be dangerous to people that are not fat adapted, for people that have been doing low carb for a while it is normal to have what incompetent doctors consider low blood glucose.

I have to say that the original Weight Watchers diet was indeed a very good diet ..but the multinationals turned it into a marketing tool without benefits for the consumer.. I can remember the time when Weight Watchers was sold off to Heinz food company.. and the amount of junk..!! junk..!! junk ..!! food on the supermarket shelves was mind-boggling...

as I watch this video what I contemplate
is how much physical weight I have to release:
for the sake of my health and my well-being.
the thing is though, I realize that I desperately also
hold on to all the excess weight:
    for safety and for comfort.
    dear God, please please please,
help the weight dissolve off of me,
and please help me to no longer have the need
to hold on to any of it, for the illusion
of safety and protection. I am ready
    to be permanently, forever released
    from these shackles...

You're the man Dr, Berry 😁..If you do try to call someone out on eating say "low carb grain tortilla" , saying that's not PHD - Keto/low carb. They will straight up tell you if it fits you're macro's, I will stay under 20-30 carbs a day - That's Keto!!?? Or changing out baked pinto beans to black beans, cause they are lower in carbs. Um hello, those are legumes, not on keto last I looked 7 years ago.

I've been eating avocados with eggs, avocados with fruit and beef strips and shrimp. I'm not a big fan of oysters I would have to go to a place and have my oysters cooked because I don't know how to cook them properly. I also do not like raw oysters at all! I just started my journey of eating healthy. Not granet I use a little junk food here and there. I'm definitely moving away from fast food and junk food. I'm really trying to eat more healthier and hoping that this cleanses my body of all the toxic waste in other things to my body has become accustomed to. I was not eating good at all I can definitely be the first one to say that. It really bothers me how much sugar and bad food hemans are taking in especially people that live in poor areas. But I honestly think all Americans no matter if you're rich poor or middle-class we're all eating bad food. This is why we're dying from all types of diseases and why we get so sick. People in other countries don't have the same kind of health issues that Americans have we eat too much junk food

It could also work the other way around: if insurance companies got proper education on how they could save millions of $$$ just by doctors teaching life style changes (especially nutrition), then the insurance would push that requirement onto the doctors (the doctors that don't want to change and want to continue to prescribe Rx as the exclusive treatment)....
