Change the ash of war at a grace to something that works with blood affinity. You get the black whetblade ( the thing that allows you to turn the weapon to blood ) from Nokron in the base game can just google the map location its on a corpse in night's sacred ground although you might not need it I think a blood ash of war alone should work
I tried that it’s only good for bosses sucks open world. I maxed that build out hated it this is better for me. It is a bug as well not intended as it’s a hit box bug due to the ash of war.

Top of the building on Prospect farm, there is a sorcerer that's raising his weapon. Kill him and he drops this weapon 100%.
Pretty sure it’s not the sorcerer himself, but the club guy next to him, at least for me

If you know the boss then you can use lords of blood talisman as well as the white mask - vital for bleed builds
Use the axe talisman since you’re using a charged heavy
I've gotten mine at +25 with 609 physical attack. 2 heavy attacks staggers every enemy and bosses, it's absolutely broken.
How did you get the physical attack so high?

I am lvl 140 got the weapon 25+ but blood lose is 128 and isn’t 230 can someone help?

Either use a poison/bleed/occult AoW or find the black whetblade in Noskella
