- Breitenbush Hot Springs offers a unique experience that includes a full digital detox, with no cell service and no wifi. Enjoy an off-the-grid experience surrounded by nature. This is such a great place to relax, enjoy, unwind, soak, steam, read etc. They offer cabins and lodge rooms for rent, they offer day use and tent camping that is seasonal. They have delightful; vegetarian meals that can be purchased along with your day use. This is a place that has been near and dear to our hearts for many years, but was hit very hard by the Oregon Lionshead fire in Sept. 2020 and this was our first visit back after the fires. We had a beautiful, rainy, fall day and the drive in was pretty devastating, but they have worked hard to rebuilt and reopen to the public. If you're ever looking for a great experience for Oregon hot springs, this is a favorite! This is a clothing optional retreat, no wifi, no drugs or alcohol and zero pets onsite. Hope you enjoy the scenic journey!

I love this place! I was a young boy but it was the best time of my life. I was part of the monkey clan lol with some of the locals that lived there or near!
It’s still a beautiful place. We went back recently, they have done a lot of rebuilding. We’ve been going here for 20 years, we used to stay but we now have a dog and the property is pet free. Happy you have wonderful memories of this place!

One of our favorite spots! There is still construction going on near the cabins but not by the springs. The food was very good in our opinion. Bring your own coffee supplies!

We used to go there when I was a little girl, until new owners turned it into a nudist camp. I haven't kept track of it since then.
We've been going for years and most of the folks that use the facilities in the nude are very respectful. I've never had any issues with it. :). We do typically go weekdays to avoid crowds.

Hi, I’m planning to go visit at the end of December. I would like to know if it is still under construction? How many pools are open now? Is it worth driving 5 hours to get there? Is it gonna be difficult even driving AWD to get there? Thank you for your help😊
All the pools are open! You shouldn’t have any issues if you have AWD but you should still watch the weather forecast and carry chains in case of deep snow or ice. There is a section still under construction, but just cabins they are rebuilding for Spring/Summer. The lodge is open for classes and meals. 💕🥰 It’s a wonderful place! Enjoy your visit

Some comments ,but not all, said the staff aren’t very friendly, too crowded at the pool, food aren’t taste good, bed aren’t very clean. Did u face these problems when u go there recently? These comments make me worry. Since I’m travelling alone, is it really no way to contact outside with my phone? I kind of worry about my own safety too. Sorry for having so many questions 🙈 I really appreciate your reply 🙏🏻🙏🏻
@@roxchan94 I’ll answer what I can! 🥰 We’ve never had anything but positive experiences with the staff. The beds and cabins have always been clean when we’ve stayed, their food is good! All homemade but it is all vegetarian cuisine served buffet style. We do not go on weekends as weekends tend to be busy. You do not have cell service at the hot springs. It is a safe environment though. It’s way up the mountain and they close the gates at night and reopen in the morning so only folks staying have overnight access. Best wished! Of all
The hot springs we’ve enjoyed in Oregon, this is a favorite. I’ll be showing another local hot spring next week :)
