  • Belknap hot springs is a hot spring resort in the beautiful state of Oregon located on the banks of the McKenzie River. Andréa and Silas decided to celebrate Andréa's 41st birthday with two night camping out in their converted sprinter van and took full advantage of the hot spring pools, the lush evergreen forests and took time to relax in the midst of the business of the holiday season.
Subscribe to their channel to help them reach a wider audience and consider helping support the adventures through a online purchase of some of Andréa's all natural body care products made with organic ingredients and plastic-free packaging. I grew up in McKenzie Bridge and I've never been here. I've floated down the river and saw the Lodge passing by. Now I've got to go!!!! Thank You!!!

@@HeartCompassAdventures I emailed them to check on lodge availability. It might be all booked though for late June weeknight. As an overnight guest, were you able to access pools 24/7?

@@SeekerFitness The pools close at 9pm if I remember correctly.

Did the pools smell strong of chlorine? When I talked to them they told me they add chlorine to the water. I’ve never gone to a natural Hot Springs where they added chlorine! So I asked him if it smells like a swimming pool and she said yes. Holy cow it’s not even safe to be soaking for hours in…. Kind of torn now might need a Plan B

@@sandeesandee2562 the pools used to not smell of Chlorine but last time we went it was kind of strong. It seems like maybe it varies. We don’t like chlorine either.
