Yes, he and Richards wrote. Marianne Faithfull performed it first. She and Mick were a couple at the time. Swift seems too loud imo like she’s trying to upstage or outsing Mick. Some parts of this weren’t too bad especially when they were singing harmony, but I feel that she was not faithful (excuse the pun) to the original intent of this song. Again, in my opinion, it’s a sad bittersweet song, with a history, heartache, and great amount of pathos. I feel it should be sung that way. A mais bela canção dos Rolling Stones! Parabéns pelo vídeo.
If they'd given it to this young lady she'd never have been heard from again.
Demolition but she is definitely eye candy!
Why not give Marianne Faithful a shout out?
Marianne probably turned it down
I thought Marianne Faithful had passed and thats why Swift took the part! Glad that's not the case (Faithful being alive, I meant, not thankful about Taylor singing)
Amen!
people saying you shouldnt knock taylor swift and they are right .. poor girl... .... lets knock the stones instead..... FOR ALLOWING SOMEONE WHO CANT FUCKING SING TO JOIN THEM!!!! .... she is awful .... my dog could howl better then that !!!!
That was awesome!
Love the song..... Great performance and emotional
This masterpiece is for Faithfull, don't is for Swift. We are very sad.
That hurt my eardrums. Horrendous! What was he thinking???
DAMN that was painful
Uhmmmm... yeah. KDM
Don't you know the lyrics were only
...ay ay ay, um um um, and err err err... 😂
Great song spoiled by one famous lady
I saw Marianne Faithful sing this live at the Gaumont theatre (now the Mayflower) in Southampton back in the sixties.
