Sharing my HDB renovation home tips. As I wish I did during renovation. Example, the door bell wiring is the hardest to conceal now that everything is done up. So if you don't like exposed cables, I will recommend the peephole ring video door bell for the easiest setup. I will be reviewing the door bell next!

Tip for renovation: remember to think about where your curtains will end up when open, and cater a slot for them if you can building in carpentry
AMI advanced metering is usually only installed for properties that produce their own energy to consume or to sell back. (AMI gonna be here for everyone in 5 yrs)
Hence the need for a meter that also detects how much you put back into the grid. Mainly for selling back to the grid at USEP.

yeah .. my electric bill was usually $40-50 per month.. then Jan it spiked to $70 and 60 in Feb... so i asked them to install the AMI... and it went straight down back to the $40 range...

Someone is willing to do it for $350 to help us with the set up of the data point for better wifi coverage around the hse when we get the myrepublic tp link deco x60 wifi mesh bundle on hand. Is the work worth $350 or its something that we can do on our own or you think we will able to find work done for lesser? Your advice will be deeply appreciated 🙏🙏🙏
Check how much is the Xiaomi ax3600 and ax1800. It’s good and easy to setup. My brother is offering free networking help

The difference is. The Xiaomi ax 3600 is Wi-Fi 6. Not sure about x60 deco
@@madsncakes @GT The deco are good when you want wifi at every reach of the house. 2-3 deco or wifi mesh can cover the wifi all the way to the toilets too :) I am using mesh network and they work hand in hand with the lanpoints i have.

Easy! U get a soap dispenser with a tube pump > link in description. Then u just get a big bottle of dish soap 5L. Insert the tube in. Done
