This is an amazing tutorial for us the puff puff lovers. And I will prefer to use instant yeast rather than active yeast which we are to active first before adding it to our flour mixture . All the techniques are okay but I will choose the hand 🤘✋ method which is smoother and round as well. That machine method is not really that round but it prevent our hand from getting messy truly.
