Hi Henrik. Love watching your videos. One question I got. What do you do for fun when your not always working? Maybe make a video on that too. Take care.
I like that you only buy equipment that you intend on using. You seem could about separating the wants from the needs. Your company is growing and I'm glad I get to see it happen. Good job and keep it going man
In my area the houses do not have anywhere to blow leaves and thatch from spring and fall cleanups. I think a dump trailer would be the ultimate tool to finish these quickly instead of having to make multiple trips to the landfill with a dump bed and a truck.
I just rent Skid loaders but once when you need 3 plus running at all times. I would buy or lease. I run up a dump fee no matter what if I deliver or the mulch guys do
i’m in the same boat as you. first summer being 16 and went from solo mainly to having 95 weekly acounts, handful of bi-weekly, and of course mulch and other landscaping. We’re always 2 days behind at least because of school days but i’m doing online next year to focus on buisness. How do you balance?

Shovel is probably the biggest ROI tool (next to knowledge, that is...)

For snow plowing we don’t have any equipment but we can move quite a bit of snow with a 16 ft back blade. I’m working on getting another.
Congratulations Henrik. Awesome video. Nice to learn even more about your business. God Bless you.
Dump trailer or dump truck, and a skid loader are the 2 must have tools for a landscaping business. They cut your time in more than half.
Hey the lawn care kid a nother awesome videos on your channel u definitely my favorite UA-camr that what i am looking for next year is dump trailer
