- This is a Vinyasa morning yoga practice you can do in the comfort of your own home to start your day feeling your absolute best. This yoga class is perfect to use as a quick yoga workout or to simply bring movement into the body early mornings. As always modify and or skip any poses at any time.

There are a few poses in my practice that I still have a hard time with, like stepping back. My balance is still off, but I am working on that. Any advice on how to get my balance in check?
